This is obviously a budget motel, but its poorly maintained, the doors are unsecured, the locks had missing pieces, the bedsheets had stains ( they changed it but when we told the desk she looked weirded out) pillows had no fill, it was totally flat so uncomfortable, you can hear the other room, people be smoking inside their rooms snd the alarm went off at night that lasted for at least 15 mins. It was horrible.

Bathroom did not look clean. We did not take a shower there. It was just an overnight stay so not a big deal but wouldn’t stay there again.

The whole building smelled marijuana and it was quite noisy room was clean, but the smell of marijuana would bother you all night. Only the girl at the reception was nice and accommodating. Otherwise it’s a hot mess.

March 29-30 i choose a luxury suite room, with smoking notice on the app it doesn't say that but the fact that they have other rooms just like mine was smoking. Funny thing is i spoke to a young ladt at the front with glasses she didn't really help seemed like she wanted to be rude and not even try to help the fact that my room was suppose to be a smoking room luxury not something i didnt pay for. . . Manger was also sucky to help cause she wanted to have a rude time with a Mole. . . anywho i wouldn't come back only bneacuse their stuff are rude, wouldn't help and lowkey might be racist too. But i will never return here sorry !

Room was disgusting. There was pee stains and makeup stains on the towels and bed sheets. Black mold all over the room and it smelled horribly like cigarettes in non smoking room. Toilet barely flushed. Old food and garbage under the beds. Do not stay here

We chose this place to stay because it was near where we needed to be and because it had two queen beds, but the room was very small, making it very difficult to move around in or have enough room to put things. The neighborhood doesn't feel safe for walking,but the motel does have a lot of security, so felt safe to stay in. Unfortunately, the bed linens were quite problematic. The sheets are not fitted and bunch up and come undone and the bedspread was put on completely incorrectly. Also,when we arrived, the temperature was set at 80 degrees and the room felt like a desert.fortunately, the room had a window that opened,or we could not have stayed.

The place is nice, rooms adequate size, with desk area and nice size bathroom/shower. Clean, neat, easy to find location. I would stay there again should the occasion arise

I booked for new year Eve of 2023 and my room was clean but the bathroom had a leak and the tv didn’t work properly because of the back piece of the remote control was missing and it was wrap with tape

It was an average hotel. It was definitely clean. Smelled nice. It was a short Uber to UBS Arena and really close to the LIRR so the location was great in that respect.

Arrived received my key… The hotel door was stuck, and we had to bang it open and then bang it closed… hotel stunk of cigarette smoke and marijuana, there was food on the floor beside the bed, the floor was sticky when you walked on it, no carpet in the bedroom at all, TV didn’t work, and the refrigerator was one gigantic block of ice… We asked for another room, they gave us a non-smoking room on the first floor, but when we entered it it stunk of cigarette smoke so we open the window. There was no screen on the window and when I turned around there was cigarette ash on the bed… Not just a fleck but an actual quarter inch perfectly round cigarette ash. Went to the front desk to tell them but all she said was “oh we’ll come clean that up” I said no thank you we’re not staying and we left. I have never in all the years that I’ve used Expedia have I ever left a hotel but this place was so disgusting and we did not feel safe… My jacket still smells like marijuana from only being in the building for less than 20 minutes… I had a migraine headache for the rest of the evening Absolutely disgusting worst hotel I’ve ever booked The pictures do not reflect the rooms… they showed nice white and gray decor but the rooms we were given had comforters that had baby blue dolphins on them. Definitely deceiving. Both Expedia and I called to speak to a manager…no one answered the phone… Expedia contacted me the next day to inform me hotel refused any refund. Beware, beware!!

It was a very bad experience, I reserved a room for my wife, my son and I. They gave us a room with a single bed, it smelled very bad. a very bad experience. I requested a refund of my money from Expedia when I arrived at the hotel and saw how the hotel smelled and looked. This happened at 1 am and the response was that I had to wait until 11 am for them to speak to a manager. They didn't care about my son, a 7-year-old boy who had to rest. Terrible service from Hitel and Expedia.

I had stayed at Casa Azul before and found it a perfectly fine hotel, but not this time. The door to my room would not open, and a technician had to be called to fix it. The remote to my TV didn't work because the control box had fallen behind the screen. There was a bad scent in the room, and I had to go buy and use an entire can of air freshener to overcome it. On the second night, a fire alarm went off in the hotel. And finally, the bathroom sink clogged multiple times.

Property is dirty and very noisy. Smoke and weed smell all over. Rooms are not secure. Towels and linens stained and smell awful. Would definitely not recommend. This place is a Motel and not a Hotel.

good stay if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep for a night , nice looking bathroom . wifi is unstable , most of the lights in the room didnt work & i had to fight with the door to open and close it . hallways does smell lime smoke but i think that’s because it is smoking room but the room didnt smell which is a good thing

Extremely poor lighting, TV not working. Overhead bed light broken and taped while the other side didn't even work. Not even a Keriq coffee machine in room. Definitely overpriced for this stay. Serious two thumbs Down :(

The hotel was not as cleanly as portrayed in pictures. The front desk person did not relay important information around stay resulting in a last minute payment increase to switch from the smoking floor to a non-smoking room. The non-smoking room still smelled like smoke. Walls were thin so you can hear everyone around you and outside. Bring ear plugs.
