Hotel owners were nice & the outside of property we’re clean. The room was clean, but dated and had no heat. There were signs about charges for towels. We just needed a place to sleep for the night.

This was a lovely room with a kitchenette and was very comfortable. The street side of the building is a semi-abandoned gas station and looks a little dicey, but motel itself was very clean and pretty.

Rooms needed a lot of TLC and painting and cleaning. They just stream channels there so slow if everyone is in for the night. I had to call for bath tub plug. Slept with window open due to nothing to control cool or hot in the room. Not recommend. Owners did try hard to accommodate.

Clean quiet room with mountain view.. Staff were friendly. Lots of parking. Haines Junction is a remote town. We were very pleased to find such a nice placd.

I enjoyed a good night's sleep here after a long day of driving. The owners were friendly and efficient and check in was easy. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was hot, but there was a great table top fan that I pointed at myself to cool off. Yes, the hotel is older, but it is in good condition. The bed was very comfortable. There were some good changes since I stayed here last in 2019! Chair covers were a nice touch! The room was much cleaner than I remember, which was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was nice, but could use more outlets and more fans. Beds were ok. Good for the price we paid. No other motels available, so we had no choice but to stay there or sleep in the truck.

Very old and run down. Raggedy towels and bedding. No paint rugs or upgrades in years. Service was disinterested. Nasty sign in bathroom eg $100 charge for damage to bath towel (tiny rag). No ice machine, pieces of scrap on sitting area outside entry.etc etc. Never again.

Unfortunately we had extremely loud and obnoxious people staying at the same location which resulted in sleepless nights. There is no service to the room after check in and the towels are old and frayed. I think the staff try their best but are overworked.

The place was very nice and the people but I will not go through Hitels.com again for booking a room from anywhere. I will also be telling my friends and there friends. They charger Me $160.00 in ca they didn’t put it thru as Canada. I was very disappointed in there service.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible experience from the beginning to end. We were going to be late so I called, gave them my credit card number. That might have been the only positive about the stay. Smelled, dirty, broken window would not close. No heat. Water temperature was way past safe temperature. This place should be shut down by hotel commission. When complained, was told if don’t like it just don’t stay here anymore. DONE!

Angel and Austin just took over the motel and restaurant. Very hospitable and hard working. Appreciated how clean the room was. Beautiful view of the mountains. Food was delicious after a long day of driving.. Will stay there again!

It really was cozy and very clean. Old building and only soap for your shower but a comfortable bed and a hot shower we’re just what we needed. I would stay again.

This was my second time staying at Cozy Corner. It is convenient and 24 hours so traveling late isn’t a problem. It’s very basic but comfortable.
