Great stay, just need the following: shampoo, conditioner and body gel , hair dryer in every room, most people do not travel with all this items, guests need to know that 4th bedroom is downstairs and outside the main house. Other than that great!!

It wasn’t exactly beachfront, you could see a little ocean from the balcony but not the beach- it’s down a set of wide spaced steps, down the road past one house to get to the long walkway over the doons. The beach isn’t overcrowded and it’s a drive but many great restaurants nearby. The home itself is lovely but there are lots of steps. It’s well appointed with most things you’ll need. Our family enjoyed it tremendously. It’s clean - bring paper towels and trash bags you’ll need extra- we did. We weren’t bothered by anyone. The 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom is in a separate building in front of the main part, main entrance is on the side upstairs- get there the first day before dark or bring a flash light. Beds make noise when you roll over so that was a bit of an issue for us lite sleepers

We are from the north and staying at a beach front house was absolutely a pleasure. Being able to get up at 6:30 and walk over a few yards to the beach to watch a breathtaking sunrise was amazing. There are many excellent restaurants nearby and a short drive to such a charming downtown. Thank you for making our retreat a memorable one.

The location of the home was absolutely perfect..one house from the boardwalk. Beautiful views. However, there were too many safety issues and comfort issues for the premium price paid. My opinion of safety issues were dishwasher not secured to counter-moved around, broken kitchen cabinets and closet doors, leaking freezer-water always on floor, visible sagging of deck joists held up by 2X4, one stove burner didn't always work and sparked at times. We had small children with us and these items were a major concern for me. My opinion of comfort items were that laundry room was smelly & dirty, beds were extremely uncomfortable and noisy, pillows were flat, many outlets did not work, ice maker broken and appears to have been broken for a while because there was a laminated sign stating such. Another big issue was that the 4th bedroom was detached from the house. This was not stated in the listing. Just beware, in case you need all bedrooms in the same house. We made the best of our stay despite these issues. However, for the price, I expected better. Also, if you do stay here, be sure to notify rental company of any issues while staying there. As they will not consider these issues once you have checked out.

We rented the house for my daughter’s college graduation. It was perfect for our family to be together to celebrate. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

There were several non major but inconveniences that weren’t fixed. Among them, no tv remote, no ability to log on to our streaming apps, broken burner, broken disposal, broken bathroom cabinet, outside railing broken, previous garbage remained in driveway entire stay, broken kitchen cabinet door, broken bedroom closet door, garbage can didn’t open/close properly.

We enjoyed our stay. The weather was great and the house did accommodate our group well. We were able to park all the cars in the driveway and room for another if needed. The only thing I was not aware of or maybe we missed some fine print, is that the fourth bedroom and bath r in an in-law suite. The house does need a little TLC - few cupboards to be repaired and a closet door but over all we would rent it again. Also, there should be something notes as to where extra beach chairs r for the beach - we found them but the day we left - they were in the laundry room.

Loved the back deck for sunbathing and morning coffee drinking. The beach access is right around the corner. House layout is a little funky with one of the rooms separated into a little studio with separate access. We were able to make that work with our older children.

We arrived to both toilet seats cracked, a number of window shades that didn't work (stayed closed blocking view of ocean), a total lack of spare toilet paper (2 rolls provided for a week long stay), no kitchen towels (had to dry everything with paper towels), ice maker was broken & the master bed was uncomfortable and very noisy. The washer and dryer are on the ground floor and the humidity made them smelly and unusable. Too many issues for the price.

This property was beautiful! It was very clean and lots of room for our family. It is located one house from the beach walk which made for an walk. We were evacuated due to Hurricane Ian so the family was very sad to leave this property early. Thank you for sharing your home!
