Professionally Cleaned and No Contact Check In and Check Out This beautiful home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family room, sitting area, washer dryer, pool, water feature and grass in yard ready for your family dog. Located in community of Seabrook, TX, this home is a true kid, family and pet friendly treasure! Included are 3 nicely decorated bedrooms each with Smart TV’s. Comfortably accommodate 10 people. Electronic lock code allows easy access, either by keypad or smart phone! Family Room has plenty of natural light and is a great place to gather. Connect to the free WIFI and log into your Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and so on, even in each bedroom. Need to print something? Use the Wi-Fi printer for convenience. This home can be your home away from home. The spacious dining table has will accommodate 8. The kitchen includes full sized appliances. No detail overlooked! It is fully stocked with cooking utensil and kitchen appliances including a coffee pot, blender, air fryer, slow cocker, pressure cooker, microwave, and oven. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 55” smart TV. Bedroom (1) has a queen size bed that sleeps 2 and smart TV. Bedroom (3) has bunkbeds with (2) twin size beds and (1) full size bed and smart TV. Pack and play available as well! Living room has a sectional couch with a 65” smart TV ready for family night. Hall Bathroom is full sized and includes a stand-up shower/tub combo. Master Bathroom has a huge with a large tub, stand-up shower combo. A large back yard area with a private pool, grass, water feature and infrared BBQ grill. Lots of room for entertaining. There are restaurants, grocery stores and shopping all within a few minutes drive. NASA is roughly 8 minutes away and the Kemah Boardwalk only 5 minutes away. You will find this home very convenient, relaxing, and peaceful. (NO SMOKING IN HOUSE)

A good place to stay with small children but for the elderly not so good. Bathrooms are not handicap accessible, and there is a step down parlor room area. But for young people it's great.

Worked well for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids ages 6 and twins who are 4. Overall, the owner was responsive to our needs. It would have been helpful to have access to more paper towels, garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher soap and toilet paper. As a family of 7 including kids…things got used up fast. We did get a restock of garbage bags when the property manger came to give us hangers as there were only a few that appeared to be left by people. We found out that the property had wooden hangers but there were none. It’s sad that people don’t care for rentals like their own homes.
There is a lot to do in the area but most of our time was spent hanging with family.

This property was nice and in a quiet neighborhood. We never felt uneasy. We were on vacay with our family, so we did not spend a lot of time during the day there. The late afternoon, was great, relaxing and enjoying the pool. The beds were comfortable and the yard was very nice.
I would definitely recommend this property for rent. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Very Relaxing stay, conveniently located to everything we could possibly need from groceries, to Boardwalk, dining, everything! Ample opportunity to see the coastline close bye and a refreshing pool to cool off in and enjoy while back at the house. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the house and my 2 teenage boys loves the pool. We had a party of 6 and we all slept comfortably. The neighborhood was very quiet. Hosts easy to contact. We would stay again when in the Houston area.

We rented this property for prom weekend. The only requirement the kids wanted was a pool. What we found when we got there was better than we could have imagined! There were more beds than we thought and the backyard was beautiful. There was so much space that even with 6 girls getting ready for prom, everyone had enough area that no one was on top of each other. There are even adorable spots to take pictures in the backyard like the half fence with the flower archway. We were a little sad it rained most of the weekend, but even so there was fun to be had! The owner had different games there that we could play and the couch held everyone comfortably for us to watch movies. Everything was clean and the sheets were amazing! I wish I had looked at what brand the sheets were because they were so silky soft. They even had beach towels for us to use to go swimming. Highly recommend!

Our surprise weekend for my husband's 70th birthday was delightful, in large part due to the lovely home in which we stayed!! The home was so centrally located in Kemah - just minutes away from Kemah Boardwalk (a must-see for families). The pool was fabulous also - big enough to actually swim in and play. The house was very clean and kept up to date. The owners, J&S, were always so quick to respond to any of my emails or texts, no matter the day or night, and were always so accommodating with our family's somewhat unexpected needs during our stay. I could not recommend them more highly to anyone who wants a nice family home in a quiet neighborhood, near fun places to explore. Thanks so much for everything!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood and clean, comfortable accommodations. The pool was great and you couldn’t ask for a better host! Jared and Suzanne made us feel welcome and checked on us throughout our stay. Great location too, as there is plenty to do nearby. We are looking forward to returning in the future.
