There is one large parking spot for this property located right in front of the unit. The parking space is wide enough to typically fit 2 vehicles. The minimum age to rent is 25, no exceptions. We do not allow pets at this home. There is no smoking allowed. If we find evidence of smoking you will be charged $500.
