About this condo rental
Location, Location, Location! This Direct Access Ocean Complex has tons of amenities Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Courts, and Private Gated Beach access. Enjoy local shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. Condo sleeps 6! King in the master and two queen beds in the guest room. Main level unit on the 1st floor to allow easy access for those with small children and lots of stuff to carry to the beach and car. An outdoor shower to spray off and leave the beach sand at the beach. Condo has full size washer and dryer.

We loved the property. Our family was very comfortable and cozy. Close to everything in Cocoa Beach.

Property was spacious and clean and very close to the beach. Also convenient to Kennedy Space Center and grocery shopping. Would have liked ceiling fans in the bedrooms but there were standing fans in the closet to compensate. Would stay again.

Stayed here for a few days to unwind and enjoy the beach after Disney. Condo has a great location nearby to many dining and shopping options. Condo was as described, clean and had good selection of kitchen and beach items. Would definitely rent again

Plenty of room for three people. Entrance door close to drive. Nice pool. On site maintenance personnel always busy keeping facility clean. Nice beach. Will come back. Thanks.

The good news: it is right on the beach. The online listing showed a closet full of beach toys...but it had only 2 "children's" beach chairs and no adult chairs, and one broken, rusted umbrella. One of the boogy boards was cracked. Swimming pool was nice, but all the chairs were occupied during prime times.

This property owners knows how to make a traveler feel welcome! Amazing provisions including an Air Fryer and Crock Pot! Lovely home with Great furnishings and decor! Short walk to the beach! Only drawback is the back patio faces a parking lot. Overall we loved this location within walking distance of downtown!

Absolutely wonderful time!! Can not wait to book again! Communication was easy! Unexpected flight changes were easily accommodated, place was exactly what we wanted for our amazing 10 day stay! Everyone was friendly, the place was stocked with everything we could need! Highly recommend!!

What a beautiful, clean condo! So close to the beach and the pool! All of the amenities were wonderful!
The property manager responded quickly to a couple of questions we had, and was super helpful!
My husband and I stayed 2 weeks there. Daughter, son-in-law, & 2 children joined us on the weekends.
It was an over-all wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our stay. Main floor entrance was handy and the beach was right there. Loved that we had all we needed to enjoy our stay on the beach!

Owners should provide instructions for TV operation. Also code for WI-FI. Also key location for pool and gates .
The cleaning lady said it was her job to strip beds, wash towels, and take care of trash. The list of instructions said that was our job.
