House was clean, master bed very comfortable. Plenty of closet space with enough hangers.
There were only two of us, so plenty of towels,
No dishwasher was a bit of a disappointment.
There were enough place settings for my son and his family to come over for dinner.
Overall, this was a nice place for the two of us.

This was just the perfect home away from home!
Even prettier than the pictures.
Cozy, well supplier, pristine clean house, relaxing yard, close to attractions, Publix, Walmart etc.
Communication was vert easy.
We just LOVED everything about it.

Absolutely loved the home and especially the fenced in courtyard. Relaxed there a lot! Conveniently located close to sponge docks. Will definitely come back to visit here again.

Safety concern. Bath/shower has no hand rail or rubber bath mat. Tub slippery.

There is a incredible beach nearby at the Fred Howard Park that is only 4 miles away. The place was very clean, but be advised that there is NO dishwasher! Also, none of the three rooms had decent window coverings.
Communication with the management team was challenging.

Very nice rental property. Everything you need is onsite, very clean, comfy beds and super cozy decor/layout. Absolutely no complaints about our experience!

I love a VRBO that is decorated well and this worked great for our short stay before we headed north. The backyard was nicely designed as well but could use a little clean-up. We did not know the area at all, but would have stayed on the other side of the highway. Host was great and responsive. Should not need to do the sheets though.

This place is surprisingly larger than it appears. We loved everything about the property -- nicely appointed. The back yard was very nice to sit to soak up the sun and hear nature.

This little house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay! Dish soap to beach towels… I didn’t have to pack anything extra. I loved the decor and feel and the location was perfect and close to where we wanted to be. Would definitely rent again 😊

House is comfy and it was very clean. It is not in the center (touristic part) but close enough (10 min in car). Only thing I will suggest is to install a dishwasher, we were two but the house has 3 bedrooms. If it is full, and you are on vacation, better to have a dishwasher. Another little thing is that you are supposed (and we did) to take the trash out, to remove the bed sheets, wash all the dishes -which is kind of normal- but also wash the beach towels before you go. If you are paying a cleaning fee, the company it is supposed to do that.
Anyway, we enjoyed the stay and we will repeat for sure.
