About this house rental
Situated in Apollo Beach, this attractive house for $478 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. New spa put in winter 2022! Spa heating is included, the pool can be heated for a $150 weekly utility fee. If you'd like the pool heated please let us know in advance so it's ready upon your arrival! Get away from it all in this spacious pool home on a canal that leads to the Tampa Bay. Watch the sunset as you relax by the pool in the enclosed lanai, go kayaking, fish out on the dock, and maybe even see a dolphin or manatee in the canal. This beautiful 3BR/2BA home is great for the whole family. 15-30 min away from several beaches, nearby supermarket, 35 min from Busch Gardens, and only 1 hr 20 min from Disney. More details: Comfy 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of which is connected to the master bedroom. Direct access to the private patio and pool area from the master bedroom and one of the additional bedrooms, as well as from the kitchen and two dining areas. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with new stainless steel appliances. The patio and pool area is enclosed by a lanai with doors that lead to the backyard and dock. There is a doggy door in the lanai so your furry friends can access the fenced backyard and play all day. There's plenty for the kiddos and the whole family to do - from playing in the pool, to kayaking down the canal to the Tampa Bay, to movie night in our comfy, spacious living room on the large smart TV. You can tie a small vessel to the dock. Contact owner for max length. We stayed at this property over the week of Thanksgiving and we loved it. Our children loved the pool! Everyone loved the hot tub. The house met our needs and we would recommend this home to others.

The house is well-kept. Our family had an excellent vacation here. Very clean throughout. Air conditioning worked well in all rooms. Pool and spa were extremely enjoyable. Everyone enjoyed restful sleep in the beds. We cooked nearly every night. The location is very convenient to shopping and highways.

I’ll be fair and honest with my rating of this property and stay. To receive a 5* the accommodations must be immaculate, everything should work/function properly and the guest will have little to no inconveniences.
To start it would have been nice if the yard was freshly mowed and pool cleaned. My Pomeranian had trouble walking in the grass to potty and came back loaded with little burs every time. You will have to skim the pool due to bugs and after 4 days of this the pool was looking good until the yard service showed up and left a nice layer of fine grass all across the top. The pool services didn’t arrive until next day so the scheduling of these needs adjustment. There are floats but no pump so we had to go buy a small one. All the TVs use streaming services so you will have to log in to each one with your username/password. There is a bbq but had flair ups on first use and you have to move it well outside of garage and down the driveway or you’ll set off fire alarm as I did. The house gets cool but master bedroom does not so bring fans. The master bath shower is nice, multiple heads but drains slow so you stand in a puddle, no towel rack, no TP holder and only 1 outlet in vanity area. We didn’t use 2nd bdrm or kids room. If you are sensitive to mosquitoes and no see-ums you will need to have a lot of spray. A lot of little inconveniences which is why I cannot give it a 5* rating. Its a nice house in a quiet neighborhood but only gets a 4*. We recommend Fins to eat at.

My family and I came to visit extended family and I could not have picked a better home to stay at. It is very well taken care of ,you can tell the owners take pride in their rental home. The home was very clean and very comfortable beds and the master bath shower is great. Having the pool was great for the family my children loved it and very clean. Very nice kitchen to be able to eat in. Great yard and dock. Our hosts were great and very nice! We definitely will be back, plus it is a great location and a very nice neighborhood and easy access to stores. This was a 6 Star home!!! I highly recommend if staying in Tampa area.

The house was spacious for our family! The pool was beautiful and the spa was an excellent plus! The house was fully equipped with all the essentials. The owner was available the whole time and responded in a very timely manner! I would highly recommend this house and we would love to stay there in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! We really had no need to leave the home! My child loved the pool and I loved sitting on the lanai watching her in the shade with fans AND a TV! The home and scenery is simply beautiful! The beds were comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, quiet neighborhood, everything you need to cook with, eat with, laundry supplies, dish washing supplies, it’s all there! My favorite was enjoying my morning coffee on the lanai listening to the canal and the birds. I will definitely be back!

We wanted somewhere we could stay with our little kids and just cozy in for some family time coming in from different parts of the country. Felt sooo good to have many activities right from the comfort of this home. Very happy with our stay and would stay again.

We absolutely fell in love with the house. The owners communication with us was perfect and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again. The only “bad” things we found was the rooms ( master and bunk bed room) get VERY hot while the rest of the house freezes and we ran out of hot water during showers. That is very minor things compared to all the wonderful things this house has to offer! We had a blast and can’t thank them enough

We just can't go stop going on what a wonderful stay we had at this home. The owners made everything a breeze and had quick responses. The place is very peaceful. Everything was comfortable (beds, couches, outside patio furniture). Pool and hot tub were clean and wonderful to use during the day. Close to restaurants and shopping. Loved watching the water in the mornings while sipping on coffee and tea. Would strongly recommend this home to anyone.

This was our first experience with vrbo. My family of 7 came down to enjoy Thanksgiving with family friends who recently moved to Florida. The home was clean and accurately advertised; we arrived to a warm, welcoming environment and especially enjoyed the peaceful, safe neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked. We went out on the kayaks a few times and enjoyed family movies on the pool deck. The host was super responsive and accommodating to several requests. The home was centrally located (about 35 minutes_ to downtown Tampa and to the beaches in Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Grocery stores are nearby, as are some wonderful restaurants (the Apollo Beach Bistro was an especially tasty find!). We enjoyed the deck and fenced-in yard for our dogs, too. I highly recommend staying here!

My family and I stayed at Apollo Beach property and enjoyed ourselves. Property management were so attentive to our needs and concerns. I believe due to the hurricane being 2 weeks before our stay, it caused some things to be left undone - but once they were completed during our stay it was a blast. The grass was long at first which caused more bugs and bug bites, but Ron (part of property management) made sure we were taken care of right away. I would stay with them again as they were very friendly and attentive to our family!!

Our family enjoyed our time at this home. It was well maintained and very spacious for our family of 5. We had a great time fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with the items needed for cooking from home. The master shower was amazing. Our only suggestions would be to have a fan that can be changed to a higher speed when needed in the master bedroom as it seemed warmer than the rest of the house at night with the door closed and the dryer makes a squeaky noise, but worked fine otherwise.

This home is immaculate. Everything is new - tvs, beds, furniture. Very modern home. The views are great! The owners are very friendly and helpful. Probably the best VRBO home I’ve stayed in the last 10 years. We will definitely be back.
