Nice enough room and well located. Sadly let down by some easily fixed maintenance issues. Front door creaks louder than any I’ve ever heard, guaranteed to wake the deepest sleeper! Toilet cistern ran constantly the whole time and couldn’t be shut off. Left appliances and dishes we used cleaner than we found them.

Loved our stay at Stirling Studio 4! Was a great room, with plenty of warm blankets and pillows. Great location, close to Buller which made it super easy. We will definitely be back next year!

Wasn’t a fan off 3pm sign in (to late to ski that day, then with 10am sign out times, it meant no skiing on that day either, (as no room in car for hire equipment and luggage) wich meant paying for a 4day trip with only 3days skiing. I’d sudgest Either sign a 9am, or sign or a 5/6 pm sign out that way if you pay for 4 days at snow you get to go for 4days not 3? Other than that accommodation was good.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Stirling 4. Lovely new linen on all the beds with lots of heating so we were super cosy during our stay.

The room’ sound isolation was very bad. I can hear any sound from the next door. When people use bathroom, it sounds like he is using the water on my head. Unfortunately, They were having a party until midnight and then taking shower till 2pm. We couldn’t sleep the whole night. Moreover the toilet water tank was leaking.I have to manually turn the water on and off.
