Located in Emerald Isle, this charming house for $646 per night is a great option for your next vacation. *During the summer weeks, this home is a SATURDAY TO SATURDAY weekly rental. Our custom and spacious home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood giving you a private oasis that is minutes from everything. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, has a long driveway providing plenty of options for parking and a fully fenced-in backyard for your dogs. Available starting in February 2024, the backyard is equipped with a new multi-level deck with an outdoor gas fire pit providing a private outdoor entertainment and dining space. CasaVerde is a 3 minute walk through the neighborhood (not on busy roads) to the a public beach access. Our home is in Emerald Isle town center where you will find bars, restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, mini golf, go-karting, water park, two grocery stores and Bogue Inlet Pier. Bring your bikes and ride on the bike path that stretches the length of Emerald Isle. After a day at the beach enjoy a fun game of pool in the game room, then unwind in the hot tub or by the fire pit. Want to explore the area? Swansboro, Morehead City, and Beaufort are all easy drives and are fun to explore. Hammocks Beach State Park, the NC Aquarium and Fort Macon offer great activities for the whole family. Emerald Isle Woods Park is 1.5 miles away and offers hiking trails and disc-golf. CasaVerde interior features a modern take on a mid-century, coastal design. Numerous upgrades have been made to make your experience comfortable and enjoyable. The custom kitchen is well stocked for the chef in your party. The up-to-date bathrooms feature nice finishes. The home has three smart-TVs and Wi-Fi. The luxurious primary bedroom features a king bed, smart-TV, walk-in closet, soaking tub, luxurious shower with dual showerheads and direct access to the screened in porch with the hot tub. The second bedroom accommodates 4 guests with two queen-size beds and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom can accommodate up to 5 guests with full over full bunk beds and a single trundle bed, and offers a smart-TV. Other amenities included: fully fenced in backyard, outdoor dining space, gas fireplace in the living room, outdoor firepit, screened in porch, hot tub, game room, corn-hole and other beach games, grill, and a beach wagon. Please note: this property has surveillance devices on the exterior only and a smart doorbell which is used solely for security purposes.

We had such a great time! The house is beautiful and we really enjoyed the fenced in backyard for the dogs. Location is very nice and close to the beach and shopping. The host was very responsive and very helpful to work with!

Casa Verde was right in the middle of Emerald Isle proper and convenient to everything. Kitchen was well-stocked, bed was comfy and master shower was amazing. Definitely a 5 star property.

The home was perfect for our group there for the Fishin for a Cure event. We had family and friends over for dinner and the garage games were a big hit! This is by far the cleanest place we rented!

This house was perfect for my family and our dog. The owner provided us with clear instructions and the check in and check out process was a breeze. The location is perfect and is within walking distance to the beach. The walk in shower and claw foot tub were a huge plus! I would highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a spacious, clean and convenient house for your stay!!

Immaculate, comfortable house! We had all the space we needed for our family of 6. Lots of extras to use. Owners were so clear with directions that we didn’t have any questions! So close to the beach and within walking distance to a plaza that had it all! We all enjoyed our first visit to Emerald Isle and our stay at CasaVerde!

Place was great for our family and conveniently located to restaurants and walking distant to beach. Only complaint was cleaning staff left dirty linens on front porch and had no linen bag to put ours in on check out so had to use the bags left on porch.

We had a wonderful time in Casa Verde for our family vacation. We really enjoyed playing pool and sitting on the back patio. This was our first time to Emerald Isle and with 2 seniors in the group, the neighborhood beach access was too difficult for them. Lots of stairs going up and down to get to the beach. We did have to take the short drive to the public beach access for them to enjoy the beach with us. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The house is amazing! The owners have covered all the bases to meet their guest's needs without overcluttering the simplistic but very well done decor. Directions were there for everything and communication with them was always easy and prompt. I would highly recommend this home!

My wife and I stayed here for an extended weekend for our anniversary. The host couldn't have been more welcoming and the home was perfect. The short walk to the beach led to a nice section of beach that isn't overly crowded and is perfect for easy access for a quick run back for lunch. The home was very nice and the accommodations were perfect. Everything was exactly as listed and would certainly stay here again.

We came down for 3–4 days for the end of our teenagers spring break. Weather was not so great for us, but the house was a savior. Kids loved the dartboard and the pool table. The house also was perfect for our dog. Loved that it was a fenced in yard if we needed to run out for a few minutes. The hot tub was perfect too since we had some cold days. Loved the location so close to the beach and great restaurants. I would recommend this house to anyone! Also, the property manager answered every question I had, and provided excellent information. She was great!! We had no issues and would rent again for sure.

This was our first VRBO experience for vacation and it was spectacular. Our son is in the USMC and we wanted to be able to spend time as a family, traveling from Wisconsin! Everything was in working order, clean, and within close walking distance or a very short drive. The kids enjoyed walking to the ocean and finding treasures! Thank you for the beautiful home away from home experience!

We had a fantastic time staying at Casa Verde and Jillian was a great host. The house was perfect for our family of 6 and was expertly designed for comfort and privacy. Quiet neighborhood within a short walk to the beach. Grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shop are across the street. Perfect location. Will definitely look to rent again.

We have a newly blended family and this was our first family vacation. Needless to say, anxiety levels were high! Not only do you have the stresses of finding a place, but then you have the fear of everything working out during the stay. From our first contact with Jillian, she was amazing. She not only answered our many questions, she provided a list of recommendations ranging from dining to family activities. All of her correspondence was immediate and thorough. Once we arrived to the house, we were in awe of how immaculate everything was! There was plenty of room and activities for our family of 6, which consists of teenagers. Not only was the pool table, arcade, and hot tub a huge hit, but there were many extras! The location was amazing with a short walk to the beach with cart that was provided. There was plenty of space to spread out, storage for your personal belongings, a second fridge, and fabulous storage hooks that were placed throughout to hang your wet items. We were pleased to see that everything was as described, if not better. I could go on and on about how happy we were with everything! I will end this with, it was a Perfect 1st Family Vacation!
