Welcome to our family beach retreat, Blue Palm House. This newly constructed home is professionally landscaped for your enjoyment. The private backyard oasis was created with families in mind with a large 28 by 20 saltwater pool, area for shade with pavilion, green space for yard games and grill area. Beach days and pool days are welcome. Outdoor shower features 3 shower heads with hot and cold water, and has easy access to pool and home. We are conveniently located to three water access points. A 6 minute walk to the beach, 1 minutes walk to the bay where you can drop in a kayak or paddle board and a 5 minute walk to Dolphin public boat ramp and public fishing dock. Come enjoy the quiet end of Panama City Beach, with St. Andrews State Park only a 5 minute drive from the house and some of the best restaurants the area has to offer like The Grand Marlin, Schooners, Captain Andersons and Dat Cajun Place. This home is was upgraded with AT&T Fiber internet for the fastest speed for work and multiple devices. Smart TVs are featured in every bedroom and Living room. Guest must request access to heat for the pool in advance, and it will be an additional charge. Heating pool is not recommend from November - April. Unforeseen things happen in life, and we highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance for your reservation, just in the case you need to cancel past the cancelation window. ***Pre-authorization required for renters under the age of 25, and deposit will be required.***

Everything about this place was perfect for our family get together and graduation celebration! The house is clean, modern, and roomy. The outdoor area is perfect for time in the pool or relaxing poolside.

Natalie is incredible. She gave us clear instructions for getting to the house and left a helpful collection of notes for us to use. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. She is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful.
The house is stylish and located in a fantastic area, within easy walking distance of the beach. Also, the house was very clean, and modern, and had everything we needed to feel at home. For the pool, just one word is; great. By the way, the weather was very hot, maybe the garage might be used for parking the cars.
My friends family and my family definitely had a great time in this place. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. We pretty much had everything we needed. We did bring our own life jacket for our 3 year old. Not sure if there were any in the house. The hosts were awesome as well. the beach is gorgeous we rented a golf cart so that made life convenient. Thanked for the hospitality

We had an absolute blast. The kids and myself really enjoyed the pool. The house was amazing, very clean and the communication was top notch! If I make my way back to Panama this is definitely where I want to stay! The house was equipped with everything. My family including the kids have zero complaints! Thank you so much for the opportunity and helping our vacation go as smoothly as possible!

Our family traveled to PCB for my daughters softball World Series and stayed in this home! Location was great, right in between Frank brown and Publix Fields. Walking distance to the beach and countless other fun things to do. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate through.
This house was absolutely beautiful and very well taken care of. The owners put some serious time and pride into this home to the point where you have that “at home” feel. Natalie and her husband were so welcoming and they made themselves available for anything and everything from helping us plan our time there with fun things to do to offering anything we needed for our time there. Seriously the BEST vrbo experience by far and I don’t really see many holding a candle to not only them but this beautiful home!

This property is fantastic! It is located in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of the beach. The backyard and pool are like your own private oasis. The house is immaculate, extremely clean, and has a great layout and design. The property owner was super helpful, quick to respond to any question, and provided great recommendations. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to PCB. You will love your vacation here!

We travel from GA at least 4-5 times a year to stay at PCB. This is our absolute favorite rental yet! This house and pool are everything you see in the photos and much, much more. Our host, Natalie and her husband, responded to our few messages with lightening speed. They are very easy to work with. The location is so convenient to everything you may want; food, entertainment, boat rentals, family and adult activities, etc. We were also invited to look at two other properties they own in the immediate vicinity and they are awesome as well. Quiet end of the beach yet close to everything. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. Looking forward to returning to this property in the very near future.

We loved staying here!! The house was just phenomenal! It was VERY CLEAN and almost brand new!!! The house is tastefully decorated with a beach theme. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and clean! We had our family with 4 small kids plus there was plenty of room for our friends to stay with us. The POOL IS AMAZING!!! The lighting ambience at night around the pool was superb! We loved eating under the Pergola around the pool and even played games at night around the pool with the cool night lights! The outdoor space is just AMAZING.....we grilled out around the pool and the outdoor shower is great!! The beds slept wonderfully and there is plenty of seating for a large group. This home is located in the PERFECT spot to go to the beach because it's in-between the busy areas of the beach ... you can take a short walk or drive to the beach. The owners recommended a private spot to go to to miss the crowds and it was great! We would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in a very clean and updated home with amazing outdoor space close to the beach!
