Le petit déjeuner très correct.

Il devrait être interdit de louer des chambres aussi basses de plafond avec des poutres traversantes. Même pour des lilliputiens il faudrait qu'il se mettent à genou pour alletraversante. Je me suis tapé la tête je ne sais combien de fois. La maison est bruyante surtout les bruits du rez-de-chaussée. Pas assez de porte manteaux (2) y compris dans la salle d'eau.

The owners of the house were very friendly and kind. The location and terrain met expectations, not too long walk to the beach and city center even on foot. Nice clean room with everything you need for your stay, there is a heated swimming pool on site. A French breakfast and a pleasant atmosphere greeted me in the morning😊 There was also the opportunity to meet the incredibly beautiful creature that lives in the house - the macaw 🦜 parrot) I'm very thankful for the warm welcome and comfortable stay. Definitely will choose again when come next time!

That we stayed there only one night.

Oliver is so nice and the property is stunning. It is so close to Biarritz and San Jean de luz. We loved our stay, the beds are so comfortable.

The room was very comfortable, it's a good one night stop over and the Basque cake for breakfast was a nice touch.

It was more like an Air b&b than a hotel. Was noisy up until midnight as you can hear the telly from the other rooms and talking. Very cluttered in the hosts lounge.
