The place fit us well with the 4 bedrooms. Beds were comfortable as well. Needs some lights and trash cans.

House nice and clean host was really nice and responsive with any concerns would totally take into consideration next time coming to Vegas

My stay at this home was great! The host was extremely responsive at all times and even was flexible with my check out time. Nice quiet neighborhood, and close to all the major attractions. I would definitely stay here and/or recommend this home.

Excellent experience. Exactly what we wanted

My family and I had the pleasure of finding this hidden gem. We were totally surprised at all of the hidden bonuses this property had to offer.. First, it is extremely convenient to the Las Vegas strip area… The Mandalay Bay hotel and events are literally 12 minutes. The property is extremely spacious inside and out. We had and party of eight however, the property could easily, sizably and conveniently host additional guest. The host was responsive to any, and all inquiries and or concerns. It is with extreme gratitude that I, thank the host for his extreme hospitality and attention to detail to provide a oasis in Las Vegas by we hope to return in the immediate near future. Thank you once again.

My stay at the house was a good one. No issues and the house was pretty clean.

The house itself would be ok if you understand that the host is not interested in repeat business and with a little TLC and up keep.Also to the host get out of guest service you DONT have the temperament for it you sir give home rental services a bad reputation

After attending over 15 years of vacation rentals with an A+ rental history this was the worst experience ever. To start with the bars and camera overkill gave everyone a sense of caution. Then once we discovered cameras inside as well made, all guests (especially babies) feel very uncomfortable as an invasion of privacy. After putting my bags down and inspecting the property, there was clearly a lack of cleanliness and upkeep very noticeable, which I took pictures of every instance. In short old wash rags in the shower, along with a used razor, men’s shorts on the floor, or by the bed, used wrinkle bed, linen, dirty mirrors, and all bathrooms, falling off shower, handles, and much more. At this point two of our guests decided not to stay which now I feel was a smart decision. Our stay with made totally uncomfortable as the owners boyfriend continuously watched us on camera while trying to enjoy the Jacuzzi or the backyard throughout our stay. The second day one of the guest asked his grandson to stop by to visit and we were notified, there could not be any visitors, which we felt was ridiculous since this was supposed to be our home away from home. Every communication with owners boyfriend I stressed to be cordial, but he maintain a very arrogant and rude attitude in every communication, to the point of sarcastically mimicking my statement to work through the problems and told us to find somewhere else to live instead of trying to find a resolution. Finally, after explaining to him, we were originally supposed to stay through Sunday and leave Monday morning he said he would charge us the additional day and not make the adjustment so we agreed. This, Mr. Livingston never made the adjustment Sunday night, but until the morning as we were all sleep, he submitted an invoice to VRBO as he pulled up to the property. I immediately got a call from.VRBO informing me that we were refusing to leave the property and was having a party at 10 AM that morning which was a total lie and clearly some type of tactic. He was a custom to. While I was on the phone with Vrbo, Mr. Livingston came to the door, attempting to use his keys to come in and I opened it and ask him can I help you. He immediately became very animated and aggressive for no apparent reason we haven’t paid the adjustment as I explain to him I don’t have an adjustment to pay in would gladly pay if I did. After threatening, me the Clark county, police are part owners. I paid and left. Never again.
