About this house rental
**PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY AS IT IS RESERVED FOR THE TENANTS OF THE GARAGE IN THE BACK** You’re going to love this house! The entire house is yours to enjoy. Relax in the hot tub while you have a good look at the stars after your soak. Send the kids inside to play board games, darts, or shuffleboard and head to the covered deck to grill up some burgers to eat while you sit back and enjoy the people you came with. The house has four bedrooms, two of which have queen sized beds and the other two have king sized beds. Each bedroom has a TV in it with a Roku so you can sign into all your streaming services. There are two bathrooms. There is a continuous water heater so nobody will have to take a cold shower. One bathroom has a bathtub while the other bathroom has a walk-in two-person shower with five shower heads – One regular shower head, two body nozzles, and two overhead rain cans. There is a washer and dryer for your use as well. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all the basic cooking and dining ware necessary for your stay. We also provide coffee, tea, and basic cooking goods to enhance your stay. Outside you will find a covered deck with a grill, bench swing, and fire pit. We provide the first propane tank for the fire pit, if you need more we will provide you with one and forward the cost on to you at the end of your stay. Off of the deck is the hot tub with a wind break surrounding it. The house has two parking spots in the front on the street where you can park for free, and three spots in the front yard as well. The garage at the end of the driveway has been converted to an apartment, therefore the driveway parking has been reserved. Please use the street parking. It is ten minutes from Walmart, Starbucks, and the hospital, and just five minutes from the nearest grocery store. In the summer, enjoy Fridays at the Depot (also ten minutes away). We have remote and code operated access to the home for self-entry. You will be sent the code before your arrival. You will be provided with: Bath towels Hand towels Wash cloths 2 Rolls of toilet paper per bathroom Shampoo and Body wash in each bathroom Beach towels for hot tub use An extra set of sheets per bed Keurig cups

I cannot imagine there is a better VRBO property in the Cheyenne area. The house was more than we could have imagined. It was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The hot tub and game room were an added plus. We would definitely stay here during our next trip to Cheyenne.

This house was a good place to keep a group of guys having a weekend trip to Wyoming. The area could have been nicer but no issues at all. It was a pleasant surprise and no problems with the neighbors. Would stay here again if headed to Cheyenne.

The house was very nice and fun to hang out with our family. Everything worked and looked just like the pictures. The location is not downtown but close enough. Major grocery store close by was nice.

This was an amazing house for 4 teenagers! We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill and games offered. I would highly recommend this house to any larger party.

This property was great! Perfect for us to celebrate Easter with friends. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. The host was amazing and provided everything we needed for a weekend away. All the extras were great, hot tub, game room, board games, and fenced yard for kids to play. And the beds were so comfortable! Would definitely return!

Everything was great & it was the ideal setup for my family of 3 teens. We loved the hot tub and game room, plus all the other amenities. I especially loved that it was spotless. Our rooms were cozy & comfortable. Would highly recommend Stephanie & her house! We will return!

This was our first experience with an air b&b and it was wonderful. Stephanie was great at communicating with me and answering any questions I had, very promptly. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. I would definitely recommend.

Property was exactly as described. Managers were friendly, easy to communicate with and went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The hot tub and patio were great for relaxing at the end of the day. Comfortable beds and the downstairs shower was AMAZING. Highly, highly recommend!!

This is a wonderful vacation rental. Quiet neighborhood with enough room for everyone and fun game room and amazing hot tub. Very clean, comfortable beds, necessary amenities. Great place for a weekend getaway and Stephanie is a responsive and wonderful host. Highly recommend.
