The house was well stocked and extremely clean. Plenty of steaming hot water. The hot tub was fantastic, kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. The road traffic was a bit more loud than what were were used to and we closed the windows to help with that. It was a great stay and we will definitely check it out again the next time we are in the area!

Lovely property! Very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. Even saw a deer family and turkeys in the back yard. About 60-90 minutes away from bigger attractions that we wanted to do, but it gave us opportunity to see more of Michigan! If you've never been to Mackinac island, we would highly recommend going there and renting bikes. We had the most fun doing that and enjoying all the little shops there.

We could not have asked for a more delightful place to stay. We loved everything about this home—cozy, clean, well decorated, thoughtful details. We loved relaxing around the fire and in the hot tub. Beautiful surrounding!

Quiet little getaway away from home, great place to relax away from city life. Place was clean, a little bit of a drive from things to do but that was exactly what we were looking for. Hot tub was nice, just suggest bringing some mosquito spray if you play to enjoy time outside but that is to be expected with the area and this time of year it is

The place is great, with comfortable furniture, an excellent kitchen, and a terrific hot tub, which was especially welcome after an afternoon of hiking through the nearby Michigan wilderness in the January cold. Everything in the place is very well thought out, and my stay was superb. Should I return to the upstate mitten area, this will be my first choice for a place to stay.

Everything was wonderful except in order to watch TV you have to create an account. We called the manager on this, he said the owner didn't want to have a service under their name we had to create one ourself. No cable, nothing yet all these televisions. The 2nd was when I made reservations on Vrbo I added a pet. I have an email from vrbo that stated I did. After returning home they said you brought a pet and did not list it under reservations. I sent them the email that I did infect have pet listed. They asked if they had my permission to add the charges that they being a second party to vrbo they did not. I allowed of course. Otherwise the place was very clean, well appointed, decorated and comfortable. The hot tub was nice after we called to find out how to increase the temperature. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. We were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect place to relax between events. We loved being able to bring our dog as well and he loved running around the backyard. Everything was well maintained and we had everything we could possibly need! Would highly recommend staying here.
