This rental is ideal for a single or a couple. Nice accommodations, clean, easy to access. The only issue was the water heater, where the water was just luke warm. I believe the owner is planning to replace it.

This was an absolutely gorgeous place. The condo was perfect. Our host was very responsive. Didn't have any problems whatsoever. Would 20 out of 10 Recommend and definitely plan on staying in the future!

we had a great stay the boat slip was great just took some getting use to operating it easy property to acces the boat and the truck and trailer parking,would stay here again

Nice location. Simple place and sufficient for two adults. Could use some upgraded linens.
Listing states that it sleeps 4 but there's only one bed and no sofa bed. Plenty of room for an air mattress though.
For the amount of time spent in the condo, it worked out just fine.

Loved our stay. The condo was clean and cozy. The boat slip that was included was so convenient. The boat ramp was right there too. As well as boat gas and ice. Made everything very easy. Pool is big and water was perfect. Loved watching the turtles and fish from the balcony. Kids loved the games that they had in condo. Great place! Great price.

Everything about my stay here was great. The only thing i would recommend is letting the guest know which unit it is ahead of time because upon my arrival I had to guess which unit was the one I was staying in. All in all my stay was perfect.

We had a great stay at Kevins place. Everything about this listing is accurate. All the essentials are provided. Definitely a great value for whats offered here. We enjoyed breakfasts and cocktails on the balcony. We brought our 26ft Checkmate and were able to use the launch and boat lift just fine. Just note that the launch is very steep. We loved the quiet location of this property. At the same time it was very easy to go boating and hopping around to all the fun places! We will definitely be back to the area!
Kevin was by far the best host Ive ever had using VRBO or Air BnB. He always replied to me within minutes. Ive never had that experience before.
The property was clean and comfortable to our liking!
