Good but small hotel. Inside the bedroom you can hear staff doing everything. Organizing cutlery, glasses, breakfast and room service, you hear it all. Couldn’t sleep well. Really loud place. Overall, it is a good hotel with good restaurants nearby. But you should ask for an upper room.

The hotel is very chic, very cozy. It has a central location, close to shopping, fine dining and “el alumbrado de Cali”. The staff is very friendly. If you want a relaxed, carefree vacation, I recommend this hotel.

Beautiful little boutique hotel, Carlos (front desk) and one restaurant server ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PEOPLE IN SERVICE INDUSTRY. They are trying very hard to please everyone, anything you ask will be done! Property is only a year old, PERFECT BREAKFAST, ROOM SERVICE. PERFECT LOCATION 1/2 block from great shopping mall, the best stay in Cali

Pros: Good rate, good location, seemed safe and I was able to walk within a 4-5 block radius day or night without any issues. Easy access to taxi or uber drivers. Hotel itself is nice, felt fairly new and was well maintained. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Cons: privacy issues, felt as if being watched and followed. guard at front door interrogates everyone entering which I didn't encounter at other hotels. Restaurant was consistently out of menu items for lunch and dinner. I didn't have breakfast while I was there, It's not included anyway. Rooms don't have microwaves, coffee or even a complimentary bottle of water, everything is extra. No ice machine or snacks available for purchase but there are small stores around the corner. Overall not bad but hospitality is lacking.

Very good and new. Kety the front Desk lady ,she is very nice and speak a good French, and English . She really try to be pleasant , the breakfast is great whit many option ,I recomand to buy the breakfast with the room, and the breakfast water is very profetional .

This hotel had The best water pressure on a rain shower head i have ever experienced (home or hotel). The entire staff from the doorman to the wait staff in the restaurant, housekeeping even, had the moat delightful personalities. They remembered peoples names and made their experience personable. You were always greeted with a warm smile and salutations.

Upon arriving to the hotel, its seems as though the red carpet wss rolled out for me. From the welcome snack to my birthday cake to the spacious roomto the amazing staff. The whole experience there will be one that I will never forget. The service and food was excellent. Staff were bilingual and did everything they could to pleasr and comfort you. I recommend this site to anyone Ask for Oscar or Carlos and tell them Chicquita sent you. I just love it there, almost like home.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Centenario area, within walking distance of the Teatro Municipal and the Centro Cultural. The rooms are large and well maintained. The breakfasts are excellent. The management is friendly and attentive. I am happy to recommend this hotel.

This place is tremendous. Brand new. Stylish. Comfortable. Excellent staff, high caliber restaurant. It is close to the historic quarter, the archives, great shopping, and is located in a safe neighborhood. I was very impressed and would stay here again and again.

This hotel is one of the best that I have ever stayed. The hotel opened a few days before I booked, which was a plus since I like new hotels. Although I booked my initial reservation through Expedia, I extended the two days into two weeks directly through the hotel. After seeing the room and the dining options, I knew I had to stay here for a few weeks. The front desk service is superb; they speak a little English, my native language, to accommodate my lack of Spanish. Additionally, the rooms are very, very clean and the cleaning staff is excellent. The dining options are superb. In fact, since the first day, the menu has grown, resulting in a full buffet menu. The Staff has catered to my every need, including rubbing my two dogs daily as we walk through the entrance. The location is also a must-have. It is very safe and offers a great area to walk my dogs. Overall, the Staff has been more than attentive to my needs.

This boutique hotel is really cute, clean and comfortable, the location is perfect, a lot of great restaurants, shopping centers and beautiful places within walking distance, the staff was very friendly, helpful and always willing to assist in anything. I will definitely return to this hotel in my next visit to Cali.

This property is cozy,inviting,rooms are modern,clean,the level of cleanliness is great,hotel located in a nice area,close to everything. I've been in many hotels in different countries,that's why I have to say that this hotel is unique,a genuine gem in Cali,besides the amenities and superb restaurant,what really set apart this hotel it's his staff,specially this young man JUNIOR,he is the star of the hotel,what an amazing person,smart,polite,intuitive,helpful all the way around.On a separate note deserves a special mention Edwin from the restaurant too,and Yainor from Front Desk.My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Art Hotel Boutique,next time in Cali we'll be there.Kudos for the whole staff,we appreciated your great service!
