It was a great stay at Robert's. He is such a nice and welcome guy, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We can warmly recommend it and would always return when coming back to LA.

No issues at all. Super cute guest house. Definitely recommend. I was worried before getting there about the homeless concerns and comments. Never saw them or heard anything. Close to highway and to everything we wanted to do in the area. Robert was nice and replied quickly. Would rent again if im ever in LA.

The property location is ideal. Really quick access to the freeway to downtown or Long Beach. Clean and modern. Recommended for a couple or friends weekend in the city.

The studio was very nice and modern. Bedroom slightly small but servicable. Some staple items provided in the kitchen which was nice. Oven didnt seem to work and tv hard to work out but managed with screen sharing from phone. Bathroom was a good size and modern. Owner seemed nice through our communications. Parking was then only hassle. It is advertised with parking but you could only park if you werent moving yhe car between 10pm and 7am ehich you only find out when you are arriving. We were up early so needed to park on the street which we were lucky there was 1 spot each night but that was it. And was hard because one night was bin night too so bins too up more street space.. Yes there were homeless people at the end of the street as stated in other reviews but this was not an issue for us. The property felt safe and secure.

Very happy with my stay, place and property was very clean. It’s a cute small guest house behind someone’s home. We were kinda iffy because of all the other reviews we saw but we had no issues at all. There is homeless tents further down the road but that’s just LA for you there’s homeless people everywhere but they don’t mess with you at all. Check in instructions were very clear the only thing I had issues with is closing the door, you just have to put the code in again and turn the knob, very easy I just was not familiar with that type of lock. We were given clear times our vehicle could be possibly blocked but honestly we never got blocked a single time. Bed in bedroom was on the firm side and i did wake with my back hurting but my husband slept like a baby and had no back pain, so just a heads up in case you are not as fond of firm beds. My step son slept in the sofa bed and he slept very comfortable as well. I will definitely stay there again if I am ever in the area.

Me and my two friends enjoyed staying here! It does look as listed but it is right behind their house. However, they don’t block you in if you do park in their driveway! There also are some homeless down the street but that’s truly a lot of places in LA sooo if you don’t wanna deal w that youd probably have to pay a lot and if you can go ahead. But if you don’t really care about having a nice place super close to the beach for more $$ this really isn’t a bad option!

I love this property. It was very clean and modern. I love that it is separate from the main home and felt like we had our own space. This location was great because it was in the middle of all the places we visited while out and about in LA and other neighboring cities. I would come back here for future stays.
