Chilly weather, but to walk every evening was quite enjoyable. The home away from home was simply cozy comfortable and relaxing! Filled with all you need. We loved it! THANKYOU!!!

This property was spotless. It was tastefully decorated with a beach theme and the mattress was comfortable. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Although we did not get the chance to ride the bikes, everything we could ever need was available. We will surely share our experience and book again!

This host has truly thought of everything! From the note on the fridge to the care products in the bathroom, it’s all prepped. Plus, the location of the place is conveniently near plenty of shopping and restaurants. Next visit to NPR will defiantly include a stay at this sweet little cottage.

Wonderful house, perfect for couples the host thought of everything a guest needs. Bars and restaurants in walking distance. Would've stayed longer if we could. Hope to visit again if in this area

I was first impressed by the amazing communication from Mike before check in. We felt so welcomed. Then upon arriving, check in was a breeze and the house exceeded expectations. It was even better in person than in pictures. The location is adorable, the lot it sits on has cute landscaping perfect for hanging out to grill or just enjoy the front porch. And being within walking distance to downtown and Sims park was a huge plus for us. Inside there is everything you could need to feel comfortable away from home. From someone who normally stays at VRBOs this place is truly a step above the rest!

We loved this little cottage. So cute and super clean! It had everything you need! We were just in town for the weekend for a wedding, but wish were could stay longer. The location was perfect and close to everything downtown. We walked to restaurants, shops, bars, the river and parks! We loved staying here and will definitely book again whenever we are up that way. The hosts were accommodating and super nice! 100% recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Quaint little cottage that fulfilled all of our needs and then some. Owners were very friendly with excellent communication. The location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to many delicious places to eat, shopping, & Sims Park. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

This was an amazing VRBO home located walking distance to downtown New Port Richey. The owner was great, made us feel comfortable and available for any questions. I highly recommend if you need a getaway in this location.

Accommodations pleasing and attractive decor. Amenities purposeful by host. Good location in NPR for safe walking/biking to restaurants, parks, theatre. MUST drive to get to beach areas and nature preserves. Heavy traffic on 19, we were able to locate stores/ restaurants on east side of NPR to avoid 19. Host was good communicator.

Loved this little cottage. The location was so close to shops and restaurants, we walked everywhere. It was also the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Would recommend to anybody.

First, our hosts Mike and Sarah are welcoming and wonderful, just the best! The cute cottage felt homey with cute touches. Everything you need is there. Loved the location! We walked or biked everywhere. Lots of fun social spots, delicious restaurants, hole-in-the-wall delights, diners to gourmet, loved Sims park, and we really enjoyed working out at the Rec and Aquatic Center. We had a truly enjoyable time!

The home was clean and the decor was lovely. Keurig coffee pot was much appreciated and there was a selection of hotel style toiletries available though they looked like they were leftovers from prior guests, they were not new. It was very cold when we were there and the heat worked great though they were separate units and a bit loud when on. The location is central to the downtown but very close to Main Street and positioned on a narrow alley and there was a building across the alley with constant construction - not the owners fault but it went on late into the night so not a quiet residential area.

This Florida beach cottage was more than perfect for two people. The pullout sofa would make 4 a “definite” possibility. Plenty of room! Such a beautiful place and within walking distance of great eateries and a beautiful park. We did some cooking there and enjoyed the charcoal grill as well.

This is the cutest cottage in a great location. Everything in within walking distance and close to my son’s apartment. This made our visit that much easier. The home owners were helpful and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again

This beachy cottage will not disappoint. Looks exactly like the pictures and in a great little town with restaurants within walking distance. The Christmas parade was festive and brought the whole community together. I highly recommend! We will be back!

Amazing adorable home

This was the most adorable house I've seen. From the decor and colors to having evythg we needed. We ate locally and went to North Beach that wasn't 20 mins away and Clearwater that was about 30 mins. Perfect weather, perfect stay!
