Place was clean and well stocked with coffee, towels etc. The location was good-walkable to see manatees and sponge docks.
The house is old and shows some age. Yard had a lot of overgrowth. Picket fence damaged and gate wouldn’t close
Overall, I would stay again.

We really enjoy Tarpon Springs and this was an ideal location. This house was charming and in a good area. Overall, it was a good rental. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was great to have a washer and dryer at the house. In a perfect world, it would be nice to have some lamp lighting in the bedrooms (in addition to the overhead lighting), another bedside table in the bedroom (I used my suitcase as my table for my book and phone), and keeping the extra blankets clean. We had no need to contact the owner while there but the check in was easy and all communication leading up to our stay was handled quickly and well.

We stayed for two months, wanting to get "a feel" for the area.
Being from the north, a plus to us is wide open windows, getting fresh, breezes through out the house. Not the best scenario for this cottage though. On The Plus Side: walking the lovely, friendly neighborhood to the bayou, seeing manatees, and only a few more blocks either to the docks or downtown is easy-breezy. OnThe Minus Side: The home itself needs much TLC. Back room windows are scotch-taped, and there are holes in many screens and some front and back windows were completely without screens. The garbage disposal was not working due to old plumbing, and thus a smelly kitchen drain build up took us by surprise. The discovered inside crawling bugs were not acceptable though, and Tony responded quickly with a call to pest control. As aforementioned, with ample TLC this cottage could be quite cozy and quite cute.

Quaint cottage. Owner was very responsive to unexpected needs. Walking distance to park and downtown area made it easy to find meals and shopping.

This was a nice little house in a pleasant neighborhood. When the weather was nice, people were riding bikes and walking. One street away from a lake and within walking distance of the main street. There was easy access to several dining establishments as well as groceries, & supplies. Perfect for our stay to visit friends and family in both Pinellas and Pasco.

Great neighborhood with easy access to all Tarpon Springs has to offer. 10 minute walk to the SpongDocks and downtown. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.
Craig Park is right up the street for Paddle Boarding, kayaking or just relaxing. Sunset Beach is a 5 min drive!
Our family was very comfortable here for our 2 week visit!
It was very nice to walk the dog everywhere and visit with people who lived in the area.

The house was very charming and in the more historic part of town. It was clean, close to coffee shops, the downtown area, and the sponge docks. Easy parking in the back.

We had a lovely stay in this cute cottage. Purpose of our stay was to visit relatives and friends whom we haven’t seen in some time. The location is great with easy access to wonderful restaurants and anything you might need. The house is clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed the house inside and it's location near Craig's park. Yard was unmowed and sidewalk and porches needed to be swept; a mowed yard and swept porches would have made for a more welcoming appearance. The house inside was nice.
