Nestled in Lake Lanier, this attractive house for $866 per night is a great choice for your next break. This spacious house with a large screened in porch and deck, has a gently sloping walkway to your dock in a private, deep water cove (14 Feet). Enjoy sun bathing & swimming, or use the paddle boards. (BYO Boat) Enjoy beautiful lake views from your screened in porch (with 50 inch TV) while savoring dinner and drinks or simply relaxing with family and friends. Floor-plan offers plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the oversized living areas. Kitchen table seats 8 with additional 4 stools at kitchen island. Gorgeous dining table accommodates another 10, making this home perfect for family style dining. Kids have their own zone upstairs and adults have an amazing bar and card table open to the living room and kitchen area. 4 Bedroom house with a bonus room & a Kids bunk bed rumpus room! Bedroom 1: Master on main with king sized bed and large bathroom with free standing tub and separate shower and 50 inch TV Bedroom 2: King sized bed with trundle bed and attached jack and jill style bath with private sink and oversized closet. Perfect room for two families to both have a Master suite. Lock the second sink area off and send the kids to the 3rd full bath. 50 inch TV Bedroom 3: King sized bed Bedroom 4: Queen sized bed Bonus room - Two XL Twin beds Kids room - 2 sets of bunk beds, XL bean bags and 50 inch tv. Room has an additional area for kids to hang out and play games or just be kids. Kids Game Room: Foosball table and Pop-a-Shot for hours of fun. While it is our greatest desire for you to have a wonderful and exciting vacation, please do not rent this home if you are looking for a party zone. We respect our neighbors and would never want to infringe on their relaxing lakeside experience. We kindly request that all outdoor noise settles down to a minimum by 10 pm. In addition, for your safety, we have cameras installed to monitor all driveway activity & the back entrance to the gates. Parking provided in driveway and next to mailbox. Please do NOT park on black asphalt drive in front of the driveway. It is our neighbors driveway Outside Quiet time is 10 pm. Please respect our neighbors.

Such a wonderful house for a family Christmas gathering. The owners had put up a Christmas tree and left ornaments for us to decorate as a family. They also left goodies in the kitchen and on arrival it was like coming home.
The location of this house, which is in a quiet cove, and view of the lake are absolutely beautiful. The house itself lends to gatherings and entertaining friends and family. We have five grandsons and four joined us along with their parents for this trip. The two older are 7 and 8 and are playing basketball in Hall County which is near. The bonus game room beside the bunk room has a basketball game and foosball table which were both hits with the boys, Nana and their parents. My sisters joined us for a few days as did a dear friend from Newnan.
The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to as are the grocery stores. We enjoy cooking, so we didn’t eat out much, but Country Cafe has yummy country ham biscuits. I only went on the dock once, but I am sure in warmer weather its two story structure is perfect for sunning.
My husband and I own a home on the New River in Virginia and we both kayak and have several as well as a canoe. There is a paddle boat, canoe and paddle boards there for renters to enjoy. Due to the time of year I was not game for such sport, but our oldest son took the grandsons for a short paddle boat ride.
We definitely would recommend this house to friends and would rent it again.

We had a great Thanksgiving at this lake home. Plenty of fun , family together time. The kids loved the peddle boat. The host made it very easy and responded quickly if I had a question.

This was a stellar property! We had many family members and we were all super comfortable! So many beds and all awesome comfortable! The kitchen was awesome to make big meals and we actually held an impromptu dinner for 15 comfortably! We grilled several times and it was perfect! But wait, there’s more!! The Lake!! Deep, cool beautiful! We had several sunset parties on the upstairs portion of the dock. We went fishing several times on the lower level and actually caught the fish! The extras were exceptional, the paddle boards, the kayak, the paddle boat! This is truly a fantastic, well thought out place to stay! We cannot wait to come back and enjoy the property again! Also, sidenote, the owners were so helpful and so accommodating. They let us check in early and allowed us to stay late on the day of check out!

This is a lovely, well appointed lake rental with lots of thoughtful and homey touches. The dock is Wonderful!! Our boat and towable fit with plenty of room. The beds are comfortable, towels soft, excellent AC and plenty of hot water for a large group.
Our only disappointment was not being able to use the fenced in yards for games with the children. They were overgrown with knee high grass.

What an absolutely gorgeous and quiet place to stay! We enjoyed a team retreat and were able to get a ton of work done while also recharging. We'll definitely be back!

this property easily offered a great experience and plenty of room for 15 adults and visiting grandchildren with foosball and basketball games to play. There are several areas to visit in including the large, enclosed deck and the boat ramp with an upstairs deck. An easy walk down to the lake with a private cove easily assessable to enjoy the lake. With a little creativity there is plenty of room to park several vehicles. We were only 10 minutes to additional family in Dawsonville and 20 minutes from Country Palms Wedding venue we attended. Jason was easy to work with and provided us all the information we needed and the privacy we enjoyed.

We’ve visited north Georgia multiple times in the past few years but this is the first time we stayed on Lake Lanier. This house had everything we needed, better stocked than any vacation home we’ve stayed in. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, games, and our favorite was by far the lake equipment. The weather went from 70’s to 30’s while we were there but we still got a ton of use of the paddle boards, kayak, and peddle boat. They were the highlight for both adults and kids (ages 7-11). The owner was very communicative and checked in to make sure all was well. Easy instructions and area info provided. This is a great area with tons of restaurants and shops nearby and we took a wonderful and easy day trip to Dahlonega for the winery and wildlife sanctuary and Amicalola for hiking. We hope to return!

The property is very nice and we enjoyed our time there. The bedding was comfy and there were so many rooms! We didn’t even end up using 2 of them. I hope that we can book again when the weather is warmer to take advantage of the lake. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our long weekend at your beautiful lake house. So much room everyone was able spread out. We really enjoyed the outdoor amenities especially the dock. The two fenced area came in handy with our dogs and the screen porch area was perfect to enjoy an early fall weekend. Jason was great to work with and we look foward to returning.

Our family and 2 others stayed her over Labor Day Weekend. Jason, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive to any/all questions we had leading up to the weekend and when we were there. The house was perfect for our 3 families with kids ranging from 7 to 15. Amenties were great for the lake with kayak, paddle boat and paddle boards - kids (and adults) all had so much fun.

The property was kept very clean. That is super important to me. There was enough space to entertain our large group and it was even better we were able to take our dog with us. The owner, Jason, was super friendly and kept communication lines open. This part of the lake was quiet and not a lot of traffic. This was great because we were teaching a few kids how to ski and we did not have to worry about heavy boat traffic. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to house a large group.

Our family group of 8 enjoyed a fabulous 5-day stay at this beautiful, spacious home on the lake. The hosts were also wonderful - responding to any questions we had regarding our stay. Highly recommend you get some Lake Time.

We had no problem finding the house and it was exactly as listed. Comfortable and well stocked. We had only1 small issue and it was resolved immediately by the owner. A new coffee pot would be my only suggestion. Otherwise an A+

This is a great rental that is very well thought out. Everything we needed was available. Inside and outside there are things to do for everyone in the family. The ages ranged from nine months to 83 years, and everyone enjoyed this house! It had everything we needed for relaxed conversations on the screened in back porch, grilling on the gas grill, watching movies in comfort in the den, basketball arcade competition upstairs, foosball tournaments, and a terrific 2-level dock, where we docked our rented pontoon boat and did a little fishing.
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances And everything else you need to prepare big family meals. Multiple refrigerators enable you to handle large gatherings with ease.
The beds are comfortable in every bedroom we used. (We did not use the bunkbeds, and I think they would have been too small for anyone other than a young child.) To be fair, the owner contacted me and provided this information right after I booked the rental. I have no complaint.
The A/C units (1 for downstairs, 1 for upstairs) with separate digital thermostats work great and should be able to keep anyone happy.
The location is very good. The house sits at the end of the winding road with good, quiet neighbors. Parking was ample for our 5 cars. The walk from the house down to the dock is not too bad, and we spotted eight deer during our weekend there. The most exciting moment was on our last night when a doe and two tiny fawns entered the backyard and hung around long enough for us to watch them in awe.
Communication with the owners, who live nearby, was excellent and nearly instantaneous. Based on their responsiveness I have the impression that if anything had gone wrong, they would have taken care of it right away.
Overall, a delightful rental house on Lake Lanier!

Wow!!! We have been going to Lake Lanier as a family for several years now and this is by far the best house and hostess ever ( yes, I said ever)! (And not just at Lake Lanier!!) The bedrooms were absolutely perfect for our family and the layout made the home seem even bigger than it is! The hostess was more than accommodating to our little ones! When we go back it will be to this house! Trust me….. book it and you can thank me later :)
