Staff are really friendly and helpful in making you feel at ease. Lots of choices in food and drinks selection. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
I've been moved 4 times, issues on plumbing services. The fourth one is perfect, problem solved. 👌 Immediate action on the issues was done straight away.

the Room was spaciuos.
the hotel didn’t accept a reservation for my 18 year old brother. the staff seems nice but with certain expression on their faces like they’re judging you, had that impression or it is just me. it Wasn’t the room i reserved with the bed bench. the staff left me just 1 bar of soap that is also very tiny bar. you have to leave and get the key everytime you enter and go out.

The room is so spacious and clean. The lobby staff were really nice. My card was declined but they still manage to reserve my booking. So thumbs up and will surely book again

Very good Quality/Price, heplful staff and good services provided regarding the fees. Good restaurant aswell.
We had some visitors during our stay (bugwit butiki and ipis).

NOTHING. Only good thing is room space is quite big.
Be careful. The photos they present looks deceiving. It appears modern in photos but the actual rooms looks like 100 years horror themed. The place needs RENOVATION.
The place is also very noisy. It feels like you are sleeping next to the street.

staff was so helpfull. worth to stay money is valued deluxe room is amazing spacious. food is good. room service is fast and everyone is so accomdating from guards, receptionist, waiters and housekeeping.

The Door got Problem
the Aircon is not cooling Well.
But Over All is Cozy stay , Cheapest in town .Will book again soon.
