De mooie kamer die we eerst hadden, maar deze iets goedkopere viel erg tegen. Goede leuken.

Hadden kamer met terras geboekt , maar die was niet beschikbaar en dan hebben we een mooie luxe kamer gekregen met goede matras. Lekker restaurant. Vriendelijk personeel.

Nu een zeer mooie kamer, enkele dagen later ( was wel goedkoper) een kamer die heel erg tegenviel en erg klein was met slechte matras.

This is a nice hotel, well positioned, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we have experienced in months of travelling in Asia, not so hard! The room was a good size and had a balcony. The buffet breakfast was good and Mr Kibriya was extremely attentive, pleasant, and hard working in the restaurant.

We would've rated this hotel higher but the check in process was awful. Most travellers want to get to their room as quickly as possible, especially if they are tired from travelling. The front desk here dragged the process out, telling me twice to sit down in the lobby area, even though they had no other guests to serve at the counter, rather than getting on with our check in process. Really annoying! The front of house staff lacked charm and warmth and we felt we were shown little respect as customers of their business. They then told me the Booking.com rate I had been quoted, and booked, was too low!! and attempted to charge me a higher rate. I had to show them my booking to prove the quoted rate. Then a phone call was made, not sure to whom, and finally our Booking.com quoted rate was honoured. I have booked well over 100 hotels through Booking.com in the past, this is the first time I have encountered such nonsense. I note that only 2 people have ever reviewed this hotel on Booking.com, so I assume they are new to the system, but they should know what their rates are on Booking.com, and that they may not reflect their standard walk up rates. If you book this hotel through Booking.com, or any other intermediary platform, check and make sure you are getting the rate quoted on your booking page at check in. A bad experience and not a nice way to begin our stay. Other than that, a good hotel.

They are very much friendly, though its a new hotel bt there overall facilities are top notch.Very Comfortable & safe.Location was perfect.& they allow us to use a room after we check out.So we can feed our baby girl & had our lunch too. & The compilmentary buffet breakfast was also good.

The room service for the first day was quite slow bt the last day they were good.

The customer care of the staff and friendly service were excellent! Comfortability of the room was very good. I like the spacious bathroom with good hot water.

The breakfast menu needs at least some variation. It was the same every day over the one week I stayed.
