The stay would have been fine but the room had a strong order (cigar like). Staff tried to febreeze the room twice and used an ionizer but it did not help. The stench was truly awful.

The sheets feels don’t clean properly, so wrinkles , king size bed need king size pillows , at list queen size pillows , one alarm all night long .

I enjoyed the breakfast options. I almost NEVER eat hotel breakfast. The food was amazing. I felt safe. It was quiet and the staff was extremely helpful.

I've stayed at this hotel At least 20 times in the past year Now they're trying to hit With a 325 hour smoking fee. I don't even smoke this is ridiculous horrible. I really Angry and what the money back?

We were traveling with another couple who have a pet. We are often hesitant to stay at a pet friendly hotel with concern for cleanliness, but our room was spotless.
And the staff was welcoming to the toward the pet.

Check in was quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice. Hot breakfast, eggs, sausage or bacon. Cereals and hot oatmeal.
