This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers ample room for families or groups to unwind and enjoy the Texas coast. The Beach Hive is your ideal Surfside Beach getaway, just a minute's drive from the shore and right next to the vibrant Surfside Jetty Park. The Jetty Park is a 15-acre haven for beach lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The park has fishing, a playground with picnic areas, and even holds some historic value. Location: Surfside Beach in Freeport, Texas Beach access: Just a minute drive from Surfside Beach and Surfside Jetty County Park. WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home. Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well. Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend! Parking: There is room for up to 5 cars in the driveway. Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-concept living area, perfect for gathering with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals, while the comfortable living space invites relaxation after a day of fun in the sun. The Beach Hive offers restful sleep for everyone, with four unique bedrooms catering to various sleeping arrangements. One king-sized bedroom provides a tranquil retreat for a romantic escape. Another room features two queen beds, perfect for families or couples traveling together. A spacious king-sized bedroom boasts an additional twin bunk bed, ideal for a family with young children. Finally, a fun bunk room featuring a triple bunk bed (twin-over-full-over-queen) creates a playful haven for kids or a group of friends. Just down the street is the Surfside Jetty Park. The park boasts convenient beach access, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and building sandcastles. Feeling adventurous? Take a stroll or bike ride along the scenic paved jetty, stretching nearly two-thirds of a mile into the Gulf of Mexico. Cast a line and try your hand at fishing in the Freeport ship channel, a popular spot for catching redfish, sheepshead, and even sharks. The park also caters to families with a playground and picnic areas for a relaxing afternoon under the Texas sun. History buffs will appreciate the park's historical significance, marked by the remnants of the Velasco Town Battery dating back to the 1860s. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.

Had a fantastic stay here with my family. Super quiet area and peaceful. Felt like we were in our own area. House was well decorated and cozy. Felt right at home.

The house was great and felt like home. It is within walking distance of the park and jetty. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely like to stay here again. The chat responses were quick when we needed batteries for the TV remote. I would highly recommend.
