Nestled in Emerald Isle, this charming house for $981 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to our spacious beach home ideally located in Emerald Isle, North Carolina. You will find updates and upgrades throughout the house. Please ask us if you have any questions! •King Beds •Golf Cart •Large Screened-in Porch •Outdoor Shower •Fully Equipped Kitchen •Open Floor Plan •Great Location •Beach Toys With five bedrooms and three full baths, our home comfortably sleeps 14 people and can accommodate groups as large as 18 upon request. You will enter through the large screened-in porch, complete with an outdoor dining table that easily seats 10 people, and additional outdoor conversation seating for at least 5. You can enjoy meals and socialize under the skylights and three outdoor ceiling fans. As you walk through the front door you will be greeted by an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, with bar stool seating for four, and a gas cooktop. The living room has a flat-screen tv, and the dining area includes a handmade table crafted by a local veteran that comfortably seats 8. All three downstairs bedrooms feature flat-screen televisions and walk-in closets. Two bedrooms feature king beds with new memory foam mattresses, and the third has a queen bed. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The downstairs also features a guest bathroom complete with a shower/tub combination and a dedicated laundry room with a front-load washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find an additional living room/bonus room with a flat-screen tv and board games for the whole family, a third full bathroom, and two large bedrooms (one without a closet, but with space to hang your clothes) that feature double bunk beds. Each upstairs bedroom features two queen beds and two twin beds. Outside on the spacious lot, you will find a separate shed housing a kayak, bicycle, beach toys, and outdoor games, all included for no additional charge. The parking area easily accommodates four vehicles. Your vacation home is located a quick 4-minute golf cart ride or an easy 0.7-mile walk to the beach. This beautiful home is located across the street from Bogue Sound and is a leisurely walk or golf cart ride to a sound-side pier with great sunset views. You are a quick and easy 0.3 mile walk to two of the most popular restaurants in the area, as well as a CVS and convenience store, for any last-minute needs. Bogue Inlet Pier is only 4-5 minutes by golf cart, and you are close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, miniature golf, a waterpark, and so much more. You are close to everything but located off of the main strip, allowing you to escape to privacy and relaxation after your days on the beach or exploring the surrounding area. This ideal vacation home features convenient parking for up to four vehicles. High-speed internet and streaming televisions allow you to login into your accounts and enjoy your favorite shows or a new movie with the family. Free use of a golf cart is included, which requires an additional waiver, use agreement, security deposit, and ID for all drivers. The open kitchen with new pans, dishes, small appliances, a coffee station, and all the tools will enable you to cook meals for your group, should you choose. A Pack N Play and a high chair are included. The North Carolina Aquarium, Atlantic Beach, Beaufort, Morehead City, Swansboro, boat charters, Hammocks Beach State Park, and many more attractions are within your reach. The primary renter will be required to provide a copy of their ID & sign an additional rental agreement. The house is equipped with a keypad smart lock on the front door, a floodlight motion sensor camera over the porch entry, two floodlight motion sensor cameras at the rear of the house, and a doorbell camera on the main entry. My siblings and I have rented a house on Emerald Isle on Thanksgiving for several years now. This house was just what we were looking for. Plenty of room with the kids play area upstairs, spacious kitchen, and plenty of beds for everyone. Just a short ride to the beach.

Michael and Susan were wonderful hosts. They were always prompt in their communication and their listing description and pictures are accurate. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (4yr-11yr) and never felt crowded. I looked at several rentals and many were on the other side of the island. After staying at Emerald Isle, I’m so glad I made the choice to stay at ‘Isle be loving you’. We were able to take the golf cart to the beach and even to the grocery store. It made traveling around the town so easy and fun. I highly recommend this place. One of my favorite vacations and so much of that had to do with staying at ‘Isle be loving you’.

Perfect place to stay with the family. Loved the screened in porch and the golf cart. Had coffee and tea every morning at the little shopping center. Fish Hut was fabulous for lunch or dinner. Nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely would rent again!

The house has everything we needed for a weeklong family reunion. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and baking our meals at home. The open floor plan downstairs allowed everyone to spread out comfortably. We enjoyed watching the late night summer storms and feeling the breeze in the screened porch. It was also a great place to safely store our surfboards and fishing gear. The extra living area upstairs was a good space for the teens to escape from the adults. They had their own TV and plenty of board games to entertain themselves. Also there are toys for toddlers for families with little ones. The golf cart was nice to have available. We had plenty of beach things for use, including lots of beach towels and chairs, a large cooler, shovels and toys, an umbrella and mat. We didn’t use the kayak but they provided lifejackets in various sizes. The owners were prompt with responding to questions before and during our stay. They were clear about what the property provided (starter dishwasher and laundry detergent) and what wasn’t (shampoo/conditioner and bath wash/soap). Checkin and checkout process was easy. We would consider staying here again.

We just returned from our week at Emerald Isle and this house was fantastic for our group of 14. Quiet location, well stocked kitchen, access to golf cart, excellent communication with homeowner=great choice. We lived on the huge screened porch. Would definitely recommend!

We were staying for my sons wedding and I wanted a place where we could be under one roof because my family is spread out and we rarely are all together. We were very busy but the time we were at the house was good with plenty of space and toys for the grandkids. Thank you

This property is amazing!! The house is so well stocked, from the kitchen, to the beach towels, to games and entertainment. The kids loved the toys. They opened a few of the games and enjoyed their first time playing Bingo! Candyland was fun too! I didn’t realize what a convenience it would be to have so many toys available for the little kids. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch. We had great weather to enjoy breakfast at the long table. The hosts were super responsive and when there was a glitch that was out of their control they went above and beyond to fix the problem. The griddle was great for pancakes! ;-) The layout was so perfect for our three families. We hope to stay again!

We absolutely loved the time we spent at Isle be loving you. Michael and Susan were extremely responsive and worked with us as our plans had to change bc of hurricane Ian. The home is beautiful and equipt with everything you could need for a beach trip including beach chairs, umbrellas, yard games and kids beach toys. The screened in porch was one of our favorite places to hangout. We traveled with two young children and they loved the space as well! We will be looking to come back again!

Several families shared the house as we all gathered from out of town for a Celebration of Life Service. The property is lovely and wonderfully equipped, the owners have thought of everything and were very responsive. The layout is conducive to privacy for each family but also for gathering. The lovely screened in porch was the favorite gathering spot for the younger and older set. Perfect location. Out of the traffic and crowds but convenient to the beach and mainland. Hope to return under much happier circumstances.

8 Gals on our trip to Beaufort & Morehead City. We had a wonderful fun time. This home was wonderful! Michael was an excellent host, he answered all our questions and more. House is laid out well clean!!, has everything you need and more. The front porch was so enjoyable. We laughed and made so many memories. If you have a large grp this house works well!!! My family and I had a great time. Michael and Susan were quick to answer any questions and/or offer recommendations on places to visit and to eat during our stay. The house was open and comfortable, with plenty of room and the pictures don't do it justice. The extras like the golf cart and many items in the shed for our use were amazing bonuses too!! The house was conveniently located near everything we wanted to see while there, which saves on gas as well. The guidebook they created was a nice touch too, with everything laid out nicely for ease of use, covering ocean swimming/hurricane safety, local faves and much more.
