About this house rental
Spacious and comfortable private 1 BR suite with keyless entry- Garden view area. Spend time on the patio overlooking high trees and listening to birds singing. Enjoy Roku & Nexflix. This 1BR is located at the ground floor of the 3-story hillside family-friendly house. You may occasionally hear footsteps and other sounds of daily living from above. Close to OSU campus (less than 10 min drive), supermarket (Winco, 3 min drive), Aquatic swimming center (5 min drive), Hospital (10 min drive). The private guest suite featured a quality queen-sized bed in the bedroom with a full-sized futon bed in the living room. Also, there is a sofa in the living room. A well-equipped kitchenette with a new appliance kitchen. A private laundry room with provided detergents. One parking spot on premises is available. No shoes inside home. No smoking, No e-ciggarette, No vaping. Our suite has everything you need to make your stay in Corvallis a comfortable one.

The thing I liked most about this place is that it was clean. Jay was great to work with, knowledgeable about the area, and accomoda ting. I would stay there again.

Jay was very friendly and helpful with our questions. The unit was just right. It had all the amenities that we needed/wanted. It was comfortable, clean and in a lovely neighborhood location.

My sister and I came in town to visit our kids who go to school at Oregon State. The place was very spacious and perfect for two or three people. Owners are very nice and the place was well stocked for our stay.

I stayed at Jay and Jenna's property after a 9 hour drive to move my OSU student back to campus. The location is in a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The accomodations were easy to access, very clean, and well stocked. Very grateful for the coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as I was traveling with only a backpack. Couple minute drive to campus and to the Campus Way Path, where I did a sunset walk one evening. It was the perfect accomodation for some quiet and relaxation during the chaos of move-in.

Clean, overall nice place. Easy to find and easy to check in and check out. Communication was good. No AC but the fan in the bedroom helped.

Beautiful place. Pretty garden in the back with lots of natural light. Seperated from the regular house, it was like my own studio apartment. Very cleanly.

Very clean. Easy access. Close to OSU campus and downtown. Lots of walking with wildlife (deer, turkey, squirrels). Sink is short and small. Comfy king bed. All kitchen amenities. No A/C but open windows and fans cools it off nicely. Nice linens and towels, iron and ironing board. Apple TV, Hulu, Netflix etc.

My daughters and I stayed for a couple of days whiles visiting OSU (for my daughter) and I was very comfortable and felt safe and secure. Traveling alone with two young ladies can sometimes be overwhelming! Although the suite is below the owners primary home, it was quiet, clean, warm and welcoming. The space even had touches of OSU decorations-that was a nice special touch we didn’t expect. 🥰

I enjoyed my stay. The unit is clean and quiet. The hosts provided everything I needed and communicated well. Sadly I wasn’t aware that it is down a long flight of outside steps, which made it difficult lugging my suitcase back and forth. That’s really the only issue I had.

We visited our daughter at OSU and this was the perfect location and very clean and comfortable. Jay and Jenna were excellent hosts with great communication, and easy check-in and check out. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Corvallis!

This is one of the cleanest properties I’ve seen! It was situated in a great location and was a wonderful home base for our visit to Corvallis. It was decorated for the season and everything we needed was provided. Thanks for a great week!

My husband and I came to Corvallis to visit our Granddaughter who is a first year student at OSU. The accommodations were perfect and comfortable. The location was perfect! The neighborhood was beautiful and the check in and out was so easy! Would definitely go back!

It was a comfortable stay. The family lives right above this unit so you hear walking sometimes. But if you just let them know. We saw deer too on our walk in the evening! Momma and baby walked right in front of us! We would stay here again for sure. It was very nice. Oh, bring your own washcloths!
