We rented for 10 weeks.
1. Condo is on a golf course that is maintained 7 days a week from 6:30am - 3:00 PM. You wake up to lawnmowers every morning. You cannot leave the windows open. NO peaceful coffee moments.
2. There is no cable TV. They have no ability to receive cable. You can buy UTube tv at your expense. There is nothing that indicates this in the write up.
3. The shower doors are badly corroded, tub & shower handles need replacing. Cannot shut off shower from inside the shower. You cannot use both showers at the same time. the water temperature is compromised.
4. The management company is very difficult to deal with. It seems there is no clear communication between the owner & the property manager.

Perfect location…minutes to beach and close to many shops and restaurants! We had a very nice time and will definitely be back. Thanks Ivana for the sweet gifts and great communication!
