The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 11 PM. This rule is very important and can result in termination of your reservation, if not followed. SAFETY: The property is equipped with smoke detectors around the common areas inside. There is also a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit under the kitchen sink. Security cameras are present around the exterior areas of the property and a Ring camera can be found by the front door. Cameras are NEVER located inside the property or facing the inside of the property. In addition, we use Minut noise monitoring devices that will alert us if the noise level is becoming too loud during the quiet hours of 11 PM - 7 AM. These noise monitoring systems do not record your conversation but just decibels of sound to ensure that the city ordinances are being followed.
