Morland Cottage is the ideal base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, in a perfect location just a stone's throw from Pateley Bridge's iconic High Street. The 3 bed cottage provides spacious accommodation for 6 guests spread over 2 floors. The cottage is furnished to a high standard and has a modern, well-equipped kitchen. There is a large dining area and a comfortable living room, as well as a sun room with patio doors leading out onto a private south-facing sun terrace - an ideal place to relax on a sunny day. Bedroom 1 has a superking bed but can also be made up as a twin - please let us know if you would like it as a twin. Bedroom 2 is a king room, and bedroom 3 has bunk beds which are suitable for adults as well as children - the bunks are rated up to 120kg per bunk. All bedrooms have blackout blinds and comfortable mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep. There is a large family bathroom downstairs, as well as an extra WC upstairs (please note this has restricted head room). The cottage has fast wifi throughout and there is off street parking for 2 cars, with further street parking available nearby if required. Please note that the cottage is accessed via a flight of external steps. Sorry we do not accept pets, and no smoking is allowed
