It’s awesome hotel with so many good restaurants surrounding, walking in distant to train station (5min), 10min waking to Dotonbori. There’s laundry facilities inside the building too. The staffs are very friendly & nicely. I met vnese staff working here too. The room is clean & spacious for 5pp

Cosy and relatively clean. New toilet paper, sponge, kitchen towel and kitchen paper were provided. That's highly appreciated, especially now when Covid and different flu viruses are still very active. However, it would have been excellent if enough packets of laundry detergent had been provided. The pillows were not comfortable, though. My kid was biten by something like fleas and we saw a little cockroach on the table. Overall, it's a good apartment hotel still.

Fantastic location and room pretty functional albeit not much space to store clothes etc. The hotel games were a big hit with the kids and the games lobby and free drinks/coffee a nice touch. All the staff very friendly. Note that you must pay ¥500 per bag if you want to leave for the day after checkout

The hotel is near everything, e.g., subway line, food, Dontombori, shopping. Our family (with young kids) love all the games there. This is the 2nd Mimaru hotel we stayed at and we really like the hotel chain as it’s very family friendly.

I liked the Japanese style tatami layout, with a kitchen that provided us convenience to cook our breakfasts before we head out to look around town.

We booked Mimaru Osaka Namba Station for 4 adults (the floor plan was two bedrooms and two baths) and it was the perfect size for the occasion. We were able to have the flexibility to hang around in the living room and utilize the kitchen when needed, and for Japan, the space was pretty big. The bedding and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, letting us be very well rested throughout our stay.
Location of the hotel is also very convenient with lots of food options, convenience stores, and attractions nearby within walking distance. The hotel's location also was within walkable distance to different subway/train lines, so it was very easy to navigate.
Additionally, when checking out, we wanted to courier the luggage to our next destination, and the staff was incredibly helpful and speedy in getting the process done so we would get to our train on time.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel, or any of the Mimaru hotels when we return.

In the heart of major shopping area but you'll find it noisy sometimes. Walkable distance to major train station, lots of shopping from cheap local stuff to international lux brands in five min walking distance. Perfect hotel for family trip where five or six familly members stays in one hotel room with fridge, washing machine...

Hotel was easy to find and centrally located with convenience stores, restaurants and even a pet cafe nearby. Close to Kuromon market, train stations and Namba. 2 bedder apt was perfect for 4 adults 3 kids. Friendly, helpful staff are the icing on the cake. Would definitely stay there again!

We are thankful for the front desk staff. They are very helpful and polite. They speak fluent English and always help to provide information on the route planning to our destination. Location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to Nankai airport line - just one train take us to the airport without any transfer. We would come back to the hotel on our next visit.

There is treasure hunt in the room for the kids. They are happy playing the game. The hotel location is convenient. Close to many public transportation and restaurants. Free soft drink. Cons are: Not many places for storage. Extra charge for late checkout and luggage storage.

The room is fantastic. Clean, tidy and feels new.
It feels much bigger than 400 sq ft.
Everything is efficient, safe and practical.
My three year old son had a blast IN THE ROOM.
The staff are extremely friendly. Free coffee and soft drink is icing on the cake.
Location is great - Around 5 min walk to Namba city.
The only downside - limited parking, if you drive. The block behind the hotel is known for comics and amine. It’s a safe area just doesn’t fit a 3 year old.

Everything was great about the stay EXCEPT bed bugs! Be sure to bring/buy bug spray to use on legs/arms before going to bed!

Mimaru is truly a family oriented hotel! My kids, 9 and 3, enjoyed the games room as well as the secret room game.
The bunk beds in the rooms are great and the rooms are spacious as compared to other hotels which makes it suitable for families. The rooms and Bathrooms are clean and the receptionists are all friendly.
I'll definitely visit Mimaru again whenever possible, please keep up the good work!

The room was spacious and very clean. The kitchen has everything you might need. There is a coin laundry and fitness room in the facility, which we really appreciate. We’re very satisfied with our stay.

An excellent experience especially visiting Osaka after 3 years time. This hotel gave us a spacious, clean and comfortable environment during our stay. Easy access of their laundry facilities and enjoyed their board games a lot. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice place for family stay. Highly recommended.

Hotel is near to the nankai airport line. Prob ard 300m. For osaka subway line, it is a little further - about 500m. Hotel is great on all accounts but do note that there is a charge of 500yen per piece lugagge (can't rem if it is per day or 1 time fee) if you need to store your luggage with the hotel. And reception is not manned after 10pm.

Perfect location. Right in the heart of all the activities. A few mins walk to Kurumon market and Dontonburi. Also very centrally located at Nanba train station. Super accessible. Will definately go back to stay there again.
