Very large outdoor space for you to enjoy the stunning view of the beach as well as the resting sounds of the waves. Minutes away from famous Sunset beach bar! Enjoy a fresh Heineken and watch planes land right over the beach! Famous Maho area is also walking distance (5 min after sunset beach bar) where you will find restaurants, beach bars, shops, night clubs, casinos and more. We had everything we needed at the condo. Sylvia was very accommodating and helpful. Nina was also very sweet and helpful. Beautiful bananaquits were on the back porch while we had our coffee and looked at the view

Patrice - our host - shares his love of history and paintings
the apartment is FULL - every where you look there is a canvas with a story - very cosy and welcoming environment. The neighbourhood is Roman palaces/history at every step. Elevator to top floor/ kitchen is functional+tiny- a few items could be removed/edited so that you can put a tea cup down somewhere- there's a lot of furnishings in the suite.... I'd very kindly suggest to remove some chairs from the living/sitting area
Bedroom quiet and very comfortable and lots of closet/storage space. Marvellous experience.

This place is as described, and very comfortable. There are plenty of towels. All the soaps (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry, and dishwasher) are provided. The bedrooms have separate temperature controls. Sylvia was very helpful and very responsive to our needs and lives close by. The location is next to the beach, but the steps to get there are a bit steep. It it close to the airport such that you can see the planes and jets landing and taking off. The larger jets can be very loud, and sometimes there is a whiff of the jet fuel vapors. There are wonderful restaurants nearby. I would also recommend that you venture to the French side to try some of those restaurants. We rented a car for our stay, which I recommend.

The electricity went out for a short time and the property manager was in touch with us quickly. The view is spectacular. The location was convenient to retail space, bars and restaurants. We rented our car and quite easy to get around. Love to visit again.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the property. Excellent communication with owners/property managers. Close walking distance to many restaurants, including the famous Sunset Beach bar. The unit is very comfortable, updated, relaxing, beautiful views, and only steps from beautiful Simpson Bay. Highly recommended and eager to return.
