El internet nos lo negaron, llegamos y nuestra habitación está llena de agua.

No breakfast. Location was fine. Good shower , hot water. Comfy bed and pillows.

No mirror in room or bathroom. No maid service, make your own bed. Same towels for 2 day trip. Mosquitos in room. Pool was filthy.

- Small shared kitchen available with some things including a microwave and a fridge. - Calm, restful place. - It has a pool even though we didn't have time to try it. - The lady there was very helpful with everything and questions we had.

- A bit far from the centre of Progreso (where the main attractions and beaches are), but still with some cheap buses available passing by throughout the day (basically they have a predefined route to the centre and stops when you ask it to stop - don't forget to bring small change, I think we paid around 10/20 pesos per person). - There were many tiny ants and spiders around the room. Most of them were harmless around the room but the problem is that there were some in the beds that bit us. One of the pillows actually had many of these tiny insects.

Clean Very comfortable beds

Located far from good beaches and in sketchy neighborhood with no amenities; very hard to find. Very noisy. Staff accused us of stealing one of their shampoo bottles, called us to return to the property after we’d left, and insisted on payment of 200 extra pesos for “missing” bottle that hadn’t been there in the first place. The accusation was made against the only two persons of color in our group.
