Beautiful location, very clean, comfortable beds, all you needed in the kitchen. Good storage and large fridge/freezer as we cooked most meals there. Ice dispenser on fridge didn't work, unfortunately.

Outside furniture very dirty and the decking had trip hazards. Had to clean table, chairs and parasol before they were usable. No ironing board or hairdryer, although Tracy found one in the understairs house and loaned us an iron. Thanks!

Everything about this place was outstanding and I highly recommend it to visitors to Black Mountain. I will be returning to Black Mountain and will try to book this again. Thanks.

I think you should add a toaster, just a small two slice one. I cooked breakfast for myself and I missed having toast with it. Just a suggestion. Thanks.
