Condo was extremely clean. Easy access, just a few steps from the elevator. Overlooking the 1st tee and the onsite restaurant. It was so good we ate there 3 times! We will stay here again on our next visit without a doubt.

We love OV. My family owned a condo there for about40 years. It was my kids and my second home. The unit we rented was immaculate but in need of a few minor upgrades However…. The disaster that is the main pool was an embarrassment!! There is no need for the stagnant green water in both the hot tub and the pool. Clean that mess up!! It’s a breeding ground for mosquitoes that can carry Vika among other illnesses Other than than we had a good time and our host was easy to communicate with Thanks

Why the property is not perfect , it was perfect for us. The location was great for what we wanted to do. It was clean, bright, inviting. It is outdated but we don't care about that. The beds were comfy, the air was cold, the views were great. That's all that mattered. We will be going back if it's availabile.

The place is super cute and cozy with big class mirrors in the bedroom, and bathroom hallway. The living room has a big TV, and a little balcony that is netted in to keep bugs away. The place comes with a cooler, beach chairs, towels, etc, which was a great surprise! However, the toilet was broken the entire time we were there. It was "fixed" the first day, but it was still broken the rest of the trip.There is a pretty big ant problem in the kitchen, which itself is sort of small but worked for what I needed to do. Tons of spices and tea and coffee in the kitchen for us which was super nice. We only had 4 bracelets despite there being 5 of us booked, but they only took about an hour to get the 5th to us. George was quick to respond about problems though, and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. Overall, you get what you pay for. A beautiful view, a cozy living room, EXTREMELY comfortable beds, bath/shower with good water pressure..but a broken toilet, ants, and some lack of preparation.

George was a fantastic host who replies immediately. Clean place with everything you need. Right on the beach and free golfing. Can’t beat this spot on the island. Ocean village was the place to be and glad we could always access George. Summer was the perfect time to stay as the resort is in off season it’s not busy.

We enjoyed the ocean views and had a great trip!

Great stay as far as accommodation. George is great. Whoever is supposed to take of things for him is not. Went without microwave for three days. Turned off AC in middle of night of last night.

When we walked in it looked clean. Floors shinny. We were excited to check out the pool and hot tubs near the unit. Unfortunately these were under repair and have been for awhile. We contacted the owner and he let us know that there were other pools in the complex. He suggested the Aruba pool which was just 2 streets to the left. We were able to use it every day. We didn't eat in except for breakfast. The few utensils and plates I pulled out where not clean, caked food on them. They had been washed but dishwasher didn't do a good job. The unit is old. Could use some updating. The wallpaper in the toilet area was stapled to the wall in a couple of areas. The towels were old. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. Area is nice. Restaurants near by.

My family had a wonderful stay at this villa. The beach was a secluded paradise just steps away from the house and so relaxing, which is exactly what we were looking for. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the host was very easy to communicate with.

This condo was exceptional! It was very clean and located in a gated community. The view of the ocean from the screened in balcony, as the sun came up, was breathtaking. There are several pools on the property to use, or walk to the beach. It is located just a short drive from Ft. Pierce. I highly recommend this property for location, space, and price.

Great place very clean, great amenities, good views. Great communication with host. Overall would definitely stay again.

My husband and I spent three nights at this property. It was quiet, and the beds were super comfy, which is important to us. It was enjoyable sitting on the balcony and drinking our morning coffee. It's a large subdivision, and very walkable. The community pool is very large, but was out of service while we were there. There is a restaurant and tiki bar on the premises, which was a nice extra if you are too tired to venture out after a day on the beach.

I rented this condo to attend a wedding at this complex. This rental was outstanding. Clean and well kept. It’s on the 3rd floor and gives you a decent ocean view over the golf corse and adjacent buildings. With the added bonus of a steady breeze flowing through the unit keeping it cool all day long. 10 easy walking mins to the beach. 10 easy walking mins to a hot tub and pool. 10/10 would stay here again.

Very nice condo. Location and view was million dollar. Condo is very outdated. Oven was dirty. For a single guy it was fine. Not sure a lady would be happy. The view is awesome. So enjoyed the view and screen porch. Umbrella good. Beach chair seats were torn out. Communication with owner is great. Ans

Easy self check in with a property owner who was constantly available if needed. We were very impressed how immaculate the condo was with a ocean view, ample deck and had golf course and affordable restaurant outside your door.. A very happy experience !!

The property was near perfectly situated, and well provided for all that we needed, a nicely designed and remodeled space, with an excellent view and free parking, galore. The service attendant, Terry, (spelling?) was there when needed. Everything was handled very simply, as we like, and George, the owner, seemingly determined that our stay would be as good as possible.

Just right for a couple and with a lot of facilities available, golf course, tennis courts, multiple swimming pools and many more activities to mention there is always something to do. It is also situated conveniently to explore the surrounding area.

Perfect place for relaxation with a gorgeous view. The beds are so comfortable. You feel at home the moment you step thru the door.
