Absolutely amazing

Great location, lovely and friendly staff, large well-equipped rooms that are super clean, great breakfast, lovely pool and bar area, and absolute value for money. All in this hotel is amazing and I will definitely be returning. If you are in the city then this hotel will suit all of your needs.

Incroyable rooftop

La piscine est absolument incroyable! On y est tellement bien après une journée de visite dans la ville très animée!!! Nous adorions y revenir. Notre appartement était grand et très confortable.

Le petit-déjeuner inclu au restaurant d’à coté est très décevant. Le café n’est pas bon et il y a peu de choix correspondant à nos goûts Nord-Américain. Pourtant c’est une boulangerie donc il devrait y avoir plus de choix autre que des nouilles et de la soupe! La cuisine de la chambre n’avait rien pour nettoyer. Pas de savon ou linge à vaisselle…. Ceci aurait été apprécié.

Exceptionnel

Piscine en rooftop exceptionnelle avec vue de dingue sur Phnom Penh. Belle salle de sport. Gentillesse du personnel. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous y sommes retournés le dernier jour de nos vacances car l’hôtel nous manquait déjà.

Piacevole soggiorno

Ho trascorso due notti con la mia famiglia in questo hotel. Avevamo l'appartamento con tre camere e tre bagni, con cucina e balcone. Tutto perfetto e come da descrizione. Lo staff è stato fantastico sia per la calorosa accoglienza che per la cortesia durante il soggiorno.

Mancano il sapone per i piatti in cucina e il sapone per la lavatrice.

Excellent family base for a long weekend in Phnom Penh

Very comfortable and generously sized rooms. Lovely staff and excellent value for money.

The location is a little away from the centre of town - its a 15min tuk tuk from the Central Market, for example.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick und Infinity Pool

der Infinity Pool auf dem Dach ist ein absolutes Highlight. Für mich war es deshalb das schönste Hotel, in dem ich bisher war. Aus dem Zimmer im 20. Stock hätte man außerdem eine großartige Aussicht über die Stadt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sogar mit Küchenzeile. Das Bett war bequem, alles war sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich. was will man mehr?

Das Frühstück war leider gar nicht gut. ich hätte zwei Spiegeleier und trockenes Toastbrot. Es gibt kein Buffet. Außerdem fand ich es sehr schade, dass es auf der Dachterrasse nichts (wirklich nichts) vegetarisches gab, außer die Pommes. Das ist auf jeden Fall verbesserungswürdig.

Pool war das Highlight! Schönes Hotel! Service könnte besser werden!

Das Beste war der Pool! Wirklich ein Highlight! Es ist traumhaft und unbeschreiblich schön dort oben! Der Ausblick übertrifft alles!

Das Frühstück! Sehr wenig für viel Geld! Habe es nur 2 Mal in Anspruch genommen! Das Personal war bis auf eine Person freundlich aber nicht sehr motiviert. Leider waren die Matratzen viel zu hart und ich konnte keine Nacht mehr als 3 Stunden schlafen. Die Klimaanlagen haben mich auch gestört sowie die ständige Überwachung in den Aufzügen und sogar direkt vor meiner Zimmertüre war eine Kamera. Sowas habe ich noch nirgends erlebt! Habe mich ständig beobachtet gefühlt!

Wonderful hotel with kind and generous staff at a reasonable price.

I stayed for over 2 weeks. First and foremost, the staff was amazing and helpful at every turn. The front office manager, Mr. Phearom, took time to introduce himself and help me personally, but all the staff was equally friendly and helpful. Second, the hotel is beautiful. The views from the roof pool are amazing, and it is worth booking just for the pool and skybar. All their cocktails were outstanding, and it really feels like an oasis in a very hectic city. Finally, the rooms are very comfortable. Despite being near a major roundabout, it was always quiet in the room. The air conditioning kept the rooms at comfortable temperatures all the time. It was also very nice to have a refrigerator and clothes washer for such a long trip. A quick mention that the laundry service is very good too (though it does take 2 days), and the cafe attached to the building is one of the best bakeries I have ever had the pleasure of eating at.

As a caveat, all the things I didn’t like are minor, as this is a very, very good property. First, I like long, hot showers. In truth, these are high-end Cambodian apartments. As such they have their own water heaters versus a central heater. Despite going above and beyond by installing a larger water tank, the hot water in the shower did not last more than 5 minutes. When I asked them to fix it, the maintenance team was outstanding, however what I was asking for was out of their control. Second, this city is dusty, and the white couch does show that. It wasn’t that they did not keep it clean (as the daily cleaning service was impeccable), but the couch was stained with dust from wear, and it showed. The sheets, towels and robes, however, were always spotless. Finally, this property is a 10-15 minute Tuk Tuk ride away from most of the tourist area, including most restaurants. Not that it is expensive to get around the city, especially if you use PassApp, but it does take some extra time.

Beautiful stay

Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortably fit our family of 5. It also came equipped with kitchen basics, which was wonderful, when we didn't feel like going out to eat - there are a couple of supermarkets within walking distance. Additionally, the pool, sky bar, and gym were fantastic. The view from the bar and pool is exceptional, both day and night. The gym was also very spacious, and you get a view while working out!

The key cards to the rooms are very finnicky and didn't always work, and they cracked very easily - thankfully, they replaced them at no charge. Out of our 6 day stay, I would say staff was slow at responding to requests about 2 times.

Beautiful views and clean

I liked that there was a game room for the kids to relax and play. The pool/sky bar area was amazing. The view was amazing.

The only complaint I have was the toilet in our second bedroom kept getting clogged. We called to have staff to come unclog the toilet, which they did, but it was clogged again. The second time they came, it finally worked.

Feel as home

It looks the management is new to the hospitality industry but the staff in all departments are kind and humble. They have to improve lot in small small things like ; Wifi signals, Bath room fittings like towel hangers / dress hangers and no soap or shampoo stands in the bath cabin (Bath area). No Iron table and Iron box provided in the apartments. No Kitchen items kept in the room. Otherwise the hotel is fantastic with very good house keeping etc. I really appreciate if they can improve in this small detailing to get 10/10 score.

Perfect place for a stay in the city

The Peninsula is such a great hotel for a stay in Phnom Penh. The rooftop pool has incredible views and a nice bar/restaurant which make it a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. They also provide pool towels which is great. The room was very spacious with brilliant wifi and a nice bathroom with free toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and assisted us to book taxis and give us directions. The location is on the other side of the river to most attractions but is easy to find, and quick in a taxi to get to places. We would definitely stay here again.

The only down side is that our room did smell of smoke.

The stay was perfect for our needs.

The entire property met our needs. Rooftop pool was amazing, games area well appointed, the washing machine in the room, well used :).

The same boring breakfast sadly each morning due to being attached to a cafe.

It was a great stay! Love the staff!! Everyone was wonderful and very helpful.

I wish my master bathroom had a curtain on the window and to keep water from going everywhere. Also I would suggest that you do something about the sink. It was annoying as sink clogged (stuck close 90%) of the time. You can’t really wash your face w/o getting wet as the sink was too close to the wall.
