I stayed here with two of my kids for a dance competition and it was incredible. From the friendly check in/reception desk employees, the modern and super clean guest rooms to the easy self parking the whole experience was great. It’s really close to all that the water front has to offer - We will definitely come back!

Paid for a river view- watched a man walk his dog and poop in front of our room. The glass of said “view” was fogged and blocked everything- no view.
Parked was not disclosed as a separate fee. Front desk disingenuous. Complete overpaid for the experience. Would not recommend.

Modern style great walkability to nearby restaurants!

Awesome location and very clean. Only thing we didn’t like was the heater in the room is veryyyyyy noisy and wouldn’t stop unless you completely turn it off. Made for a restless night if you’re a light sleeper.

Had a great time with my family! Perfect location and decent food and drinks in the bar.

Great lobby, decorations, view of the river (room choice) towels.
Flooring seemed like a super 8 or section 8, plus wasn’t clean. The pull out mattress didn’t have bedding, fine so we could call for clean bedding and see the mattress. The pros ended there. The pull out was dirty on the inside (food) and had long, dark hairs (we don’t) the springs weren’t covered well. Yes, I know it’s a pull out but I’ve seen cheaper memory foams or top bunk mattresses way more comfortable than this. We tried putting it on the floor and on the couch cushions, didn’t fix.
I only write this for families that use the pull out.

We really liked it here. The hotel is new, and everything is very modern. The staff is amazing, the bartender, the waitress and front desk. We would stay here again.

Our 4 night stay was amazing! We will definitely stay again. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The walk from the hotel down the waterfront to nearby restaurants was so convenient.

Very nice, newer hotel along the river front. Restaurant and lounge in lobby were great. You can walk down the street and visit all of the shops, restaurants and bars. Great place to stay.

Excellent hotel! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Really made us feel welcomed. Restaurant food was top notch!

Customer service above and beyond expected. Staff went out of their way to accommodate my two reservations into one and keep me in the same room for the entire period. The restaurant/bar in the lobby is fantastic as well.

Overall was a pretty good stay. The room was nice and fairly priced. Service at the front desk and bar/restaurant was superb. Great view on their patio. Conveniently located to the waterfront.
The only thing made my stay not “perfect” was the construction happening a room over for me. Understanding that things happen, it would have been nice to get a warning, offer for a different room, or if they didn’t start at 8 in the morning. Really put a damper on my plans to sleep in.
Overall, was a good stay and would consider staying again. Hopefully construction will be finished by then.

Really nice place, modern clean room the AC a bit noisy but all and all nice stay. One slight disappointment… in the restaurant there is an item called fillet mignon for about 60 bucks. What I got was a cheaper cut although well prepared.

Clean room with a beautiful view of the Columbia River. Easy to walk to all the other restaurants on the waterfront.

I'll mention the cons first. The bathrrom was not cleaned thoroughly and the towels did not smell fresh. Other than that the staffs was way more then accommodating, extremely nice, friendly and very easy to talk too. They addressed all of my issues and upgraded use to bigger better room (no additional charge).

It did smell inside the room as its old.

this is a brand new hotel on the waterfront. This is a very slick hotel. The rooms are spacious feeling and well laid out. The waterfront area around the hotel is amazing. There is a boardwalk that runs along the waterfront. Lots of restaruants and bars up and down the boardwalk

I did not stay at this hotel because their secure, underground parking does not accommodate large vehicles like a van or truck. There is no parking lot available, only metered street parking if you can find it and if you feel comfortable leaving your vehicle exposed to possible theft and vandalism in this area with a large homeless population. Staff was not able to provide a refund because I booked with Expedia. Booking reservations with a third party is cumbersome when things do not go as planned and your try to get a refund because the amenities advertised will not fit your needs. Lesson learned. Only book the hotel room when you get there or better yet utilize RV's and campsites. No chance of bedbugs or moldy old hotel carpet or drywall, curtains and bedding laden with cigarette smoke, and there is always parking for any kind of vehicle.

Stayed here for one night while going to a concert in Portland. It’s new so it’s very clean. We had a river view and it did not disappoint. Floor to ceiling window. There is a nice boardwalk right outside that ends in a giant cement slab that’s not so nice. Limited street parking so if you’re looking to avoid paying the $25 parking fee good luck.
Not a fan of the frosted glass door on the bathroom. Didn’t feel very private.
The beds are super firm, they have no give at all, a little like sleeping on a slab but the pillows are great!

It seems like this hotel is new and still working out the kinks. We had some broken glass in our room but the employees were quick to get it cleaned. We also tried to order dessert and the hostess came back 3 times because the kitchen was out of everything we ordered. It was also a bit noisy and hard to sleep. There was a big party going on that kept us up. We were hooking for a waterfront view as we were celebrating our anniversary but we ended up with a view of the half built garage across the street. Overall, I would stay here again but hoping they are more organized next time. All of the staff was great and you could tell they were frustrated too but tried to do what they could to accommodate us.

The room was really loud. The heater/AC made a horrible noise all night and the cleaning in the hallway was really loud. Sound carries too much in the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, unfortunately the lights from the crane shine right into the room and the bed while sleeping. When asked for a room in the other side of the hotel they said there were non available. In the morning (before checkout time) my husband was in the toilet and someone from the hotel staff walked into our room. There are no doors on the bathroom so this was extremely uncomfortable and a violation of privacy.

I was very disappointed with the bed. All the pillows were rock hard over inflated. Sheets scratchy. Bed way too hard. We travel alot. This was one of the worst hotel beds in memory. The room was newish and clean. Other facilities were nice and modern. Just don't use this hotel if you want a good night's sleep.
