Cleanliness and lots of employees on hand, gated community. I like that all guest had to wear a wrist band.

I love that it was across from the beach & nearby Walmart. It's an older building community. The wifi was out most of our stay.

The pictures that are on the site are nothing like the unit we were given. Which would not have been an issue if we'd been given something comparable. We had a broken sofa bed, dirty furniture, one stove burner that worked, a wood piece missing off of the dining table, filthy carpet, and no hot water in the kitchen. Even if both eyes on the stove worked, it would not have mattered as the writing on the knobs was gone, so it was difficult to tell what temperature we had the stove set to. We were in unit 7106 and the furniture and kitchen could use an upgrade, which is not a big deal to us if it were clean. Which it was not. Carpet stains were pretty abundant and meant keeping shoes on the entire time. The pools are very nice, though. And the lady in reception was also very sweet. We wanted the convenience of a kitchen and were not able to fully utilize it with the one burner, and had to take the mattress from the sofabed since it would not pull out and lay flat. We will be staying elsewhere next time.

The specific condo was great; nice decor, comfortable beds, smart storage solutions, and relatively spacious. Everything in our unit was in good repair except the screen door for the patio; it was off the tracks and not usable. Something that is not clear; parking IS NOT included. It is a $35 fee for up to 2 vehicles. The major grievance I had was the elevator to our building; it was incredibly small, a close fit for 3 adults with our weekend amount of luggage, it was slow to respond to buttons, and trapped us briefly. I’m no stranger to questionable elevators (I work for a nonprofit in a terribly old building, I can handle shaking and stalling). Needless to say, we did not chance the elevator a second time. Overall happy with the stay…just be aware of the elevator.

This unit needs some maintenance repairs. Rotting underneath the sink, broken tiles, patio door is messed up and wouldn’t lock, hallway closet door wouldn’t open, not cleaned very well around the mattresses on the bunk beds, TV’s were absolutely ridiculous especially in the bedroom, mattresses were horrible, broken bar countertop that cut my finger when I didn’t realize it was broken, etc. Loud partying at the pool after hours kept my granddaughter up until after midnight. We will not stay here again.

Was a beautiful place and an awesome experience

Not at all what we expected. Room was old, run down, and tiny. Bed and couch were incredibly uncomfortable - like a wood box covered in cloth. Beach view promised on website was non existent. Had view of parking lot. We checked out and didn’t even stay.
