Fabulous ocean view, cool ocean breezes, on the quietest part of the beach! DayDreamer is a beachfront beauty!!! This beachfront 7 bedroom 4 bath home is huge! It has 2 kings, 10 queens and NO bunk beds!! We think space is luxury and this house has it like no other. From the gorgeous gourmet kitchen with a large island to the multiple spacious living areas. This house was built for family and fun! Lots of places to be! Upstairs is a spacious living area equipped with sleeping space and a full bathroom as well as 2 private bedrooms. The cafe style sunroom, the amazing front deck with propane grill or the equally as nice underneath entertaining area complete with built in brick grill; there is space and something for everyone. The underneath is equipped with an outdoor shower for rinsing the sand away after enjoying some beach time and is only a few steps from all the fun in the sun you could ask for. The best part…DayDreamer is located on the quiet end of the beach! All the access, but none of the chaos!! If you have a large group and want an amazing beach getaway then this is the beachfront beauty for you. Security camera underneath house overlooking driveway! We gathered for our annual President’s Day family beach trip. Everything was absolutely fantastic with positive comments from everyone who attended. The place was very clean, stylish, spacious, well-appointed, and in a great location. The hosts were friendly and attentive. Looking forward to staying next year!

We were able to enjoy this big beautiful beach house with family and friends on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It had plenty of space for everyone to move around in the kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to sleep and plenty of space for everyone to have restroom access and plenty of space for everyone to play games. This is one of the best beach houses we ever stayed in. It is a true 7 bedroom 4 bathroom house!

The house was lovely - new and clean. More family space than we expected and lots of table/counter seating for our group. Very close to the beach and the weather was beautiful. Lots of wonderful memories made.

Very well done property. Location is awesome and the views are outstanding. One or two minor things to add would be hooks in the bedrooms for clothes. An elevator lift, especially for bags, food and ice chest. Also if you have people that struggle with stairs. Note; the oven temperature is not accurate, runs about 40 degrees cooler than setting shows. And the dishwasher does not work very well. Out side gas grill center burner knob doesn’t work. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Sharing to help tweak the little things to make an even better experience for the next family. Wonderful place. I would do it it again.

This house is a beautiful property on a quiet end of the beach. We arrived a tad early, and the manager came over to greet us. He was friendly and offered to be available for any questions or needs we had throughout the weekend.
The house was decorated beautifully, and was clean.
We have stayed in houses that required us to pay a cleaning fee, and then practically clean the entire house ourselves before we left. That doesn't feel like a vacation. I appreciated this house had a very basic and generous cleaning policy.
Two refrigerators made mealtime nice for our large family. We brought groceries and shared meal prep, and the kitchen was well stocked with knives, pots & pans, bowls, etc.
There was plenty of parking under the house and in the driveway, and there was a golf cart path through the dunes that led from the house to the beach. We could easily walk the path, but the sand was a little too thick and loose for our carts to make it easily. Other than that, we had an amazing stay. We definitely will be choosing this house again!

Beyond expectations.

During our stay this property had an almost secluded beach on the weekdays. It became only slightly more active on the weekend days. The house met all our expectations. It was well furnished and had a well equipped kitchen. The deck overlooking the gulf was a consistent gathering place and had some shade at all times of the day while we were there. A cool breeze off the gulf made it very pleasant in the evenings. The only thing we regretted was not having a cargo lift on arrival and departure days.

The property was great! There was plenty of room for our 16 person group! 2 living areas, plenty of tables and chairs inside ans out, 2 washers and dryers and 2 fridges!! Showers all worked well, kitchen was well equipped for cooking for many, it even had a few beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys for guests to use. There was a short, easy to use path to the beach. Note that one bedroom is a loft upstaits so is not private. The only negative was that the refrigerators appear to be turned off between uses and took about a day to get back up to full temperature. We would definitely book again!

Perfect vacation spot for several families! We had a group with age ranges from 6 months to 76, plus two dogs. It was a great house - very clean, quiet and secluded part of the beach, great beach access, lots of seating and beds, loved the two washer/dryers and two fridges. The deck was amazing. No complaints, and we’d be happy to stay again. Of note - one of the queen bedrooms upstairs is more public - you have to walk through it to get access to either of the other two queen bedrooms up there.

My family really enjoyed staying at this home. The location was amazing, the view from the back deck was breathtaking, and the house was spacious and nice. The beach was easily accessible and beautiful. Our group of 19 people were very comfortable throughout our stay. I was extra happy that there was plenty of table and chair space for meals. The house was very clean and I hope to visit there again. It was the perfect place for our family vacation.

This property was everything the pictures show and more! The layout was perfect for our large family. It was very nicely arranged and accommodated with all the necessary cooking appliances and utensils. It was very cold this Christmas with record breaking freezes and we almost had to cancel the trip due to no electricity and water on Bolivar Peninsula. However, the team worked very hard after the electricity came on to get us water and we were able to come! The only negative thing was that 2 nights was just not long enough! Already planning our summer trip!

Gnats all over the house, including inside the refrigerator and neither ice maker worked.
The shower head in the King bathroom (with tub) is leaking. No problem for us, but may cause damage if not fixed.
