About this house rental
At Family Adventure Vacations, we provide our guests with a fun, family inspired rental! This adorable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach house is your Link to Paradise! Sit on the porch with the amazing unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa Sound, or take a very short walk/golf cart ride to the gulf. The house location is a straight walk to the beach access, making this house actually closer to the access than most of the houses on Gulf Boulevard. The Master bedroom is on the top floor and features a king size bed, a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a private balcony. This bedroom does have a smart tv. The laundry room is located right off the master bathroom. On the main floor the guest room has a queen size bed, as well as a smart tv. The second room on the main level has a king size bed, and a smart tv. Through this room you access another bedroom. This is a fun kids' bunk room with all four walls painted with an under the sea mural. This room has a bunk bed with two twin beds.The two bedrooms share a guest bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The living area has a pullout sofa as well as a queen size Murphy bed. Off of the kitchen is an adorable bar room with an additional table. The garage has an air conditioned game room to hang out and watch tv, or play foosball. We have a 6 seater golf cart available for you to rent. Please shoot me a message for rates. We also have 4 beach bikes available for your use. Golf cart rental available! Pet fee is $120 per dog, 2 dog maximum. Small dogs under 50lbs only. Dogs must be crated when not under direct supervision. We do not have a crate at this property, you will need to bring one. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture, this includes beds. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges. This includes hair, urine, feces (yard included), and any damage from the pets. If you are bringing something other than a dog, it MUST be pre-approved. No cats. *must be 25 to book. Primary guest must be present *A signed rental agreement is required. We do collect an $800 security deposit hold that will be released after checkout. Your door code will be sent to you three days prior to your arrival along with detailed directions. *this is a non smoking/vaping property and will result in forfeiture of your deposit. *Violation of any house rule, including pet rules or excessive cleaning will result in removal from property and forfeiture of deposit.

I am my 97 year old mother’s caregiver. I was looking for a place to get away that brought me peace of mind and rest so I could be better for her. Link to Paradise was just what I was looking for. The view was amazing, the house was beautiful and the owners were very responsive. It’s located perfectly between the sound and gulf. The sunsets were incredible. We even spotted an eagle sitting on a dune in front of the house. I highly recommend this beach house.

Very nice house and area. Kids loved riding the bikes that are already at the house for our use. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend our vacation time!

This was the perfect spot to gather with friends for a relaxing beach break. The house was comfortable and the location was perfect. Everything from clean towels and sheets and comfortable beds to decor and matching tea cups was perfect. Thank you for providing such a beautiful backdrop to our family getaway.

Link to Paradise is a beautiful sound side home at Navarre Beach. The home is exactly as pictured in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped. The living room was comfy and cozy during our cold and rainy November stay. The breakfast/game room was a great place for remote work. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Definitely a great beach home for a family vacation.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Link to Paradise. The weather was uncooperative for the beach for a couple days, and the house filled the void with perfection. The kids loved playing foosball and connect 4 in the game room, as well as multiple board games with the whole family. The beach was an easy walk across the street, and absolutely perfect. The home was very clean and spacious. Next time, we'll bring more guests. Thank you for helping us have an awesome vacation.

We had a wonderful stay! The location of the house was perfect! There was plenty of room to spread out with 5 kids and 3 adults. I would recommend this beautiful vacation rental to anyone looking for a relaxing get away.

I cannot say enough good things about this home. My family had the best time. There was plenty of room and the house is spotless. I love how everything matches the teal color from the golf cart to all the kitchen accessories! We added the golf cart for riding around the area and for our trips to the beach. We really enjoyed the added convenience (even though the trip to the beach is walkable).
The house felt secluded and very peaceful. Great for a relaxing getaway. We can't wait to be back!

We came as a family, (4 adults, 2 teens and 2 young children) and this beach home was very accommodating. The game room down stairs with the tv gave the teens their own space. The teens also loved the bikes and since the house is on the small back street they had plenty space to ride. There was also a small sunroom that was full of card games and board games that the teens got plenty of use out of. We loved the size of the large TVs in all the bedrooms. The beds and pillows were super comfy in all the rooms. We rented the golf cart and was so glad we did. It made the short trip to the beach with all the chairs, cooler, toys and kids so much easier. There were plenty of comfy beach chairs and beach towels available for our use.
The only thing that I could possibly consider a con for this house was there is very little to no privacy. There are no blinds or coverings on the windows. Including the master bedroom and bathroom. There is a very large window over the tub and shower and when it’s dark outside anyone can see straight inside. Also, there is no door going into the master bedroom on the top floor. You go up the steps and it is just open into the master bedroom with no door at the top or bottom of the stairs.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the beautiful beach house and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The home was gorgeous and we enjoyed it so much! The location was excellent with a beautiful view. Beautifully decorated with unique touches, colors; such a beachy vibe. It really felt like from the time we walked in the door. It was open, airy and very spaceous with lots of windows. We couldn’t have been happier, highly recommend!

Felt like we were the first people to stay there. Completely updated and furnished fantastic. Extras: bikes, beach chairs, nicely equipped game room. Large tv’s in every room. Golf cart! Easy walk to the beach. Hope to stay there again soon!

House was wonderful and exceeded our expectations! Close to the beach but we loved loading the golf cart and driving it instead of walking. Golf cart added to the fun by driving it everywhere instead of our vehicle. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Navarre beach is beautiful and quiet so if you’re trying to escape the crowds at Pensacola or Destin it’s a great location.

We loved our stay here! The walk to the beach was short and simple. The view from the front porch looked out over the bay/sound and it was beautiful! The house was plenty big enough for 9 girls and we never felt crowded. Easy check in / check out and plenty of parking for our vehicles. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in Navarre with a group of people!

This house was just perfect for our stay mid-Feb to mid-March. So much room for us to work and be far enough away from each other to not hear the other one on conference calls. Perfect being able to go for walks around the neighborhood, ride a bike to the national seashore as well as the pier, stop in at White Caps (Marriott) for grilled cheese and an amazing shake and enjoy a few nights at Juanas Pagoda for some cocktails and volleyball watching! We really appreciated being able to bbq a few nights and sit out on both the front and back deck for some amazing views. I really enjoyed the separate room in the garage as I made that my workout space for the duration of our stay. Seems to be a a newer rental property so while there are quite a few amenities included it would be nice to have a few more.

Very nice house with much space for extended families. Cozy atmosphere and nice view on the beach and on the Santa Rosa sound. It’s really a very short walk (2 min) to the beach, and the bay is a good alternative for small kids if waves get too high. Quiet area, so you can enjoy sun rise, sun set and evening strolls. The bicycles were for us a real plus, and it’s a pleasant ride on separate bicycle lanes. Entertainment set was working flawless. The house was clean and overall experience is better than the pictures suggest.

My family and I loved this property. The house was immaculate and we loved how comfortable and beautiful the house was. The beds and tvs and updated appliances provided a luxurious feel. I loved the huge front deck to drink coffee and take in the sound views. Jenna was professional and responsive. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again!

My little family of 3 enjoyed staying in this very beautiful and clean house so much! Everything we needed was there and we also had such a great time on the golf cart! The house is beautifully designed, very open and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. There were plenty of areas for kids or adults to play games or activities. The beds were super comfortable, all of the furnishings were well suited for relaxing. The location could not be any better, you can easily walk to the nearest public parking/walkover to the beach, you can actually see it from the back porch. The view from every window is beachy and bright. We had great communication with the owner and enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend the Link to Paradise beach house.!

The house and the location are fantastic! The house was perfect for our family of 12 - plenty of room for everyone, plenty of room for cooking and eating. Our grandkids loved the kids room. We loved all of the porches. The views are beautiful, with lots of windows. Short walk to the beach - to the Gulf and to the Sound. Great area for bike riding and having bikes there was very convenient. We throughly enjoyed our time there and definitely plan on staying there again!

This was a beautiful home, with beach views! I loved the decor in the home as well as how clean it was.
My family enjoyed our stay here. We had thanksgiving here and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook! Jenna always responded back quickly and I was so thankful for that!

Our stay was prefect! The decor in the house was great! We had tons of space to spread out inside and out. The host provides lots of extras to keep us entertained. The views of the sound are phenomenal from this house! The master bed looks right out at the water!! There’s so much seating outside and lots of places to hangout! We will definitely be back! The gulf is a very short walk. We rented the golf cart, but we really wouldn’t have minded walking!! The house was really clean! We had no complaints!!

Booking went good but after booking I was notified the upstairs AC unit went out. So we used the main floor. Also there was a golf cart to use but we could not use it because the garage door wouldn't open. I honesty think a partial refund should have been offered since the main bedroom upstairs could not be used. I didn't cancel since this was a last minute beach trip and I was having a hard time finding a place at Naverre beach. But all in all it was a great weekend trip.
