About this house rental
Nestled in Lake Martin, this lovely house for $329 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Located within the gated community of StillWaters on Lake Martin, this tasteful townhome offers you and your guests breathtaking, panoramic, and deep water western views of the lake which make for great sunsets! The townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the lakeside of the home and has a king bed as well as a twin day bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, & the third bedroom has a queen bed as well as a bunk bed for the kids! The home offers a large living room with multiple seating areas, fireplace, a large dining room for family dinners and game! We have a sunporch, & covered deck providing ample space to hangout! The Stillwaters neighborhood has a pool, tennis courts, and a playground all just a short distance away. The townhome is conveniently located in close proximity to area restaurants (Coppers Grill, Niffers Place, Poplar Dawgs, Chucks Marina, Lake Martin Pizza and Oskars). There are 4 TVs supplied. One in each bedroom and the Living Area. You can stream You Tube TV, Netflix or Amazon Prime from the condo accounts. Just switch the smart TV in the Living Area to your favorite movie source. High-speed WiFi is also supplied throughout the unit. Boats and Trailers: Due to the limited space and StillWaters Community HOA rules, boat trailer parking is not allowed on-site at the unit. If you will need boat trailer parking, please contact your host for availability and assistance 14 days in advance. The closest and most convenient boat ramp is Harbor Point Marina. There is a charge for each ramp use, but the marina is only 1 mile from the condo. Please pay attendant inside the Marina store. Ramp closes at 4:30 pm (Spring, Summer) and 4:00 pm (Fall and Winter). We have a shared boat dock with our neighbors but you have a private covered gazebo at the dock complete with a swing, exterior lighting, and ceiling fan. We also have a private floating platform with multiple cleats to secure your boat, as well as a jet ski port to easily dock your watercraft. We have 2 kayaks at the property for your use (we always recommend you bring your own life jackets to ensure proper fit but do have some provided in the deck storage box).

This was our first time at Lake Martin. We did not know what to expect, but we love Lake Martin and we loved this place. It was very clean and well maintained. It had everything you could need for a vacation getaway. It was very easy to get in touch with Nick and he was super responsive. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed in this condo/townhome so we could be close to Auburn University. The drive is around 36 minutes. It is hands down the cleanest space I’ve ever stayed. It was spotless. Its location within a gated community felt safe and peaceful. There is every amenity you could possibly need and a binder with all the info you’ll need for your stay, from WiFi to local restaurants. I wish we had had more time to enjoy the amazing view.
*There are two gates for this gated neighborhood. Renters may only use the main gate on Hwy 49. Waze and Google Maps will take you to the incorrect owner’s gate. Look at a map beforehand so you will know how to get to the main gate where there is a 24hr guard. I believe it’s called Stillwaters Golf Club.

Very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and well-equipped property. Very close to two solid restaurants -- Niffer's and Oskars -- and 15 minutes from a mid-sized grocery store -- Renfro's -- in Dadeville. Large marina also close. Bonus points for extra fridge, washer/dryer, water toys, and distance (lack thereof) from dock and water. Great family rental.

Your place was exactly as presented. It was very well maintained and clean. Loved the back porch for gathering and watching tv and grilling. The views are amazing! Thank you again for your hospitality. We will definitely be back.

This place is beautiful and in a great location! Nick was very nice. The only thing is that I wish you could have boat trailer parking there and an easier/closer place to launch that is open longer hours. We also didn’t like docking our boat at the end of the floating pier because of waves on a busy holiday weekend… HOWEVER, besides that it was the perfect place!!!

Beautiful, clean, peaceful place to stay. Loved the porch with tv and the fact that there was a baby gate for the stairs. My wife loved that the blankets smelled awesome. I would recommend this to everyone. We will be back.

Decided to make a last minute trip and found this townhome. We’re very familiar with the lake but hadn’t spent much time on this part of the lake. We enjoyed trying out new places like Niffers. We missed having a boat but the house had plenty of great dock space to use and enjoy the water.

My granddaughter graduated from Auburn so all the grandparents rented Nick’s home. We had a little trouble getting in the gate (main gate is off Hwy 49. GPS takes you to back gate where there is no guard to let you in). But, the view is spectacular and the house very comfortable. Nick was quick to answer any questions.

Everything was perfect! Lots of extras that made it great like toiletries, cleaning supplies, nice towels, fluffy blankets, lots of streaming options on tvs, and very roomy! Loved the kayaks on site and the covered porch with comfy furniture and tv. We will definitely come back!!

A very comfortable, tidy, clean house, and specially decorated for Christmas for us. We spent a nice 2022 family year-end on the shores of Lake Martin, with all the comforts we were looking for. Very grateful to our host Nick, who was always willing to answer our questions and problems that arose from the extremely cold temperatures of those days. Thanks for everything.

Everything was just as it says it is. The access to the lake and the view are are awesome. The villa is nicely decorated and layer out as well as stocked with all you need and comfortable beds. We loved that there was an additional refrigerator. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great location, located in a gated community. The villa was great - kitchen was fully stocked, super clean, and shout out to the owner for going the extra mile and having high quality mattresses! The last five places we stayed at, the beds were horrible but the beds in this villa were HEAVEN!!!!! We will definitely book again :)
