Das Hotel ist gut durchorganisiert, aber ohne Personal. Alles funktioniert über Codes, der Zugang, die Schlüsselbox. Einen Empfang gibt es nicht. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem entstehenden Gewerbegebiet. Grundsätzlich ist das kein Problem, doch aus der Anzeige geht das nicht hervor, dass finde ich schade. Für ein B&B in Innenstadtlage habe ich deutlich weniger zahlen müssen und ich wusste was mich erwartet. Vielleicht habe ich die Anzeige nicht genau genug studiert.

Das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr gut und reichlich und wurde stets aufgefüllt. Wir haben auch viele Informationen zur Umgebung und Freizeitgestaltung erhalten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt war für eine Nacht gebucht und wir haben uns im Hotel Heidezeiten gut untergebrach gefülht. Wir würden das Hotel jeder Zeit wieder nutzen.Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es wurde immer frisch aufgefüllt. Eine zweite Sorte Brötchen wäre schön gewesen. Auf den Fluren standen heißes Was , Kaffee und Tee kostenlos bereit.
Die Betreiber waren sehr nett und zuvokommend.
Da das Hotell noch sehr neu ist, ist es leider auch etwas hellhörig. Es fehlen im Flur und in den Zimmern ein paar Bilder.
Die Betten waren gut, nur die Kopfkissen waren für uns ungeeignet. Wer da empfindlich ist, sollte sein eigenes Kopfkissen mitnehmen.

Sehr freundliches , umsichtiges Personal. Beim Frühstück wurde laufend nachgefüllt, obwohl wir schon die letzten Frühstücksgäste waren. Kleine Reperatur ( selbst verschuldet) wurde gleich erledigt.
Guten Ausflugstipp für unseren letzten Urlaubstag erhalten.
Freundliches, helles ,großes Zimmer. Terasse lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Some info is provided only in German, the shower stall has no soap holder, nor is there supply of hand soap but only few tiny shower-gel packets, there is a transparent glass partition between the shower stall and the toilet seat, so when going to the toilet at night one may bump into it...

The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. My room was light and comfortable with an excellent shower and the area is lovely and quiet. Parking was adequate and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
Restaurants in the area are sparse and often had no space so a car is really needed for evening meals,

New and clean hotel. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was very good, offering a good selection. The staff is very friendly.
