If your intention is to party, respectfully, move on to the next house. We want guest that appreciate a good, clean place to stay and we want to provide that to them. Pet Fee - We use the honor system to let us know if you have a pet. If you did not pay fee at time of booking, please let us know so we can properly account for the pet fee. Check Out Instructions Very Important - Please place all TOWELS in the washing machine and start the load of towels. Do NOT wash linens. We take linens offsite for washing. Please start the dishwasher when checking out so the cleaning crew may turn the house for the next guest since we try to accommodate early check in if at all possible. Turn the thermostat to 74 for the summer, 68 for the winter when starting to leave. It might be a few hours or few days before the next guest arrives. No need in wasting energy on an empty house :). If you found something wrong with the house that is a maintenance item, please let us know via the Airbnb messages. The cleaning crew is only in the property for a few hours and as obvious as some things may be, it may not be noticed by the cleaning crew. Please ensure the TV remotes are on the coffee table in LR or on dresser in bedrooms to ensure they can easily be found to avoid potential lost remote fee Dispose of any left over items from the fridge. You may leave items such as condiments, and other common items. If you have any questions during your stay, we encourage you to use the messaging feature within the platform you booked (VRBO/Airbnb).
