Nimic! Am platit degeaba . I paid for nothing. Was impossible to chek in and I lost my money.

Sehr sauber , ruhige Lage man hatte alles in der Nähe ( Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants , Hauptbahnhof etc..).

Leider hatten wir einen falschen Zugangscode bekommen mussten hierfür eine halbe Stunde länger warten , außerdem hatten wir Probleme mit der Heizung und mit dem Wasser im Bad ( es kam leider nur extrem heißes Wasser raus , nach Rücksprache mit dem Hausmeister wurde uns gesagt, dass sie keine Ersatzteile haben . Ebenso war die Bettwäsche bei der Ankunft beschmutzt!

It was nice being able to cook my own food the apartment was clean and warm very spacious. Located right beside the train and bus stations and grocery stores. The beds were comfortable my teen enjoyed a whole double to himself I'd recommend staying here and would definitely stay with sojo again

The WiFi was a bit slow and the showers were a bit fiddley nothing we couldn't figure out. Other than those nothing else we didn't like.

Stay was comfortable and good value for money. Located very close to the train station.

Could not find anybody to help with keys and other things. Everything was online which is good in all other ways except when you need some help which is better done in-person. Room was cleaned only once in 2 weeks, they can plan for a weekly cleaning if possible.

It was amazing! So clean and staff were so amazing when helping with the booking!

I didn’t like having to go and get the keys from another location. It was quite inconvenient. However staff were very accommodating to my circumstances and arranged another method for checking out very early :-)

SCAM! do not stay here! The host takes a £100 "security deposit" and then fakes damages in order to keep it. I use booking.com most weeks for work and have never been treated this way by a host.

I booked this apartment it was supposed to have 4 beds only had 2 , the sofa bed was broken and the shower was stuck in the hot position The customer service was so poor they done nothing to rectify the problems

Quality linen and clean

We book this apartments for our teams for almost a year now and to address issues takes ages ( if addressed ). Issues with water being too hot ( Flat 32 ) , too cold ( Flat 22) , en-suite sink leak ( Flat 42) - have raised this for several weeks and no professional plumber on site ( perhaps some type of maintenance person however not fully resolved ).

The property was clean & tidy.

5 of stayed in the property. Couldn’t have a shower or bath because on both shower unit only boiling hot water came so many time called & emailed. Nothing was done . I always use booking. Com for my bookings this is the 1st time I have making a complaint. They kept saying someone will come but never saw anyone.

The reservation I made was for 3 people: one bedroom with a bed and a sofa-bed in the living room. The same day of my arrival, the company contacted me telling me that the sofa bed was broken, so they were finding a solution. Unfortunately, the solution was a broken bed base and a mattress thick as a chair cushion. The third person was forced to move the so called mattress to the sofa. Once informed the company, they simply told us AGAIN that the sofa bed was broken and that they were sorry, they didn’t even mention a discount even though the solution for their problem wasn’t acceptable. We paid for three people and for the broken sofa bed. That’s shameful for someone working in the accommodation market. I suggest going somewhere else.

The accommodation was great and had all the usual equipment including hob, oven and microwave. it was also five minutes from Slough station which has very quick access to London via Paddington Station

It was close to all amenities, not far from slough centre and train station however, it was lovely and peaceful. For a family of 5 we had plenty of space.

A few things needed fixing and maybe a lick of paint but it doesnt take away from the lovely apartment

A lot of things: 1. the shower is either too hot or too cold - there are many reviews with similar issue but management has done nothing to resolve this. 2. Wi-Fi is pathetic, you have to use your own mobile data connection. If one is staying for work, it’s a definite no. 3. Mattress was too uncomfortable, not worthy of a good service apartment where you spend almost equal to a hotel room. 4. Even though we stayed for around 2 weeks, there wasn’t even a single occasion where the apartment was cleaned or serviced.
