Complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee. You get a starter pack of all the toiletries you'll need during your stay as well. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. You are welcome to use any part of the home and yard that you wish to. The only thing you will not have access to is the two bins in the garage saved strictly for our cleaning crews supplies. They are locked. We live about 25 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties. This is a brand new, very quiet neighborhood. There is a good sized park just down the block with playground equipment.
