This condo has everything you need! The Rockstar on West is the perfect place to lounge after a Hogs Win or exploring the Entertainment District. When entering the condo from the upper level you will be greeted by a stunning entrance that overlooks the entire living space below. On this level rocks the Pink Floyd bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bath with a jacuzzi tub + shower. Conveniently charge your devices while sleeping with the wireless charges on the bed stands. Shuffle down the walkway to the Bob Dylan lounging nook. This is the perfect place to curl up with a book and cocktail or have an extra sleeping area on the leather daybed. Meander down the spiral staircase to the open living area. Here you will find large ceilings, a Smart TV and Sonos Sound System to enjoy your favorite Johnny Cash song. Right off the living room is our fully-stocked kitchen + two dining space. Though you'll have Fayetteville's best restaurants just steps away the kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare a tasty meal too! The second bedroom is on the lower level with a cozy king size bed, large print of Elvis and an en suite bath with a jacuzzi tub + shower. This level also has an outdoor entrance with a patio for enjoying a cup of coffee on a quiet morning or simply stroll to one of the many breakfast spots near by. º Walk EVERYWHERE - in the heart of the Entertainment District, home to Fayetteville's best restaurants, bars, and shops. º ON the Frisco Trail that connects to the Razorback Greenway trail system - bike in and out º 2 private bedrooms with an en suite + an extra nook with daybed for sleeping º Fully-stocked kitchen with a coffee bar including a pour-over Chemex and a Keurig º TWO jacuzzi tubs + shower º Spacious living space with Smart TV and Sonos Sound System º ONE free parking space right in the heart of downtown - all other cars must park in paid spots on Lafayette or any other paid lot. º Extra linens and towels during your stay º Washer + dryer in unit for guest use

Stayed here with my kids and had an absolute blast. Went to a Razorback Game and explored all the best stuff around Northwest Arkansas. Being across the street from a bar was not a big deal at all. It was Super Bowl weekend too. Will definitely stay here again. Was the coolest condo ever

Centrally located. Next to a bar so I was worried about the noise but it wasn’t an issue at all. Felt safe in that area.

Fun, cool place to stay - great location within walking distance to the square, Dickson and campus. The property manager was wonderful and quick to respond when I had a question. Would definitely stay again.

Couple of suggestions. By a $4 magnetic air deflector to place on the vent in the downstairs Elvis room. (Air blew directly on my wife’s face and she had to relocate) / for property description and directions we received two addresses 339 & 336 we were confused that the property would be connected to the ice house. (Mention it’s by the IceHouse) / live music next door was a surprise (mention it as a plus) / the coffee and snacks were a nice touch and the decor was well done!

I’ll start with the positives. We did enjoy the location. It is right off Dickson St which was fantastic we could walk everywhere. The property was pretty cool and clean. I was able to add my dog in last minute with a fee. The primary bed was comfy. Seems like there was a lot of good cookware, although we did not use this.
The cons. While the location was great, there is a bar right outside that played very loud music all night and all day. This didn’t really bother us, but it could be bothersome to others. The kids twin beds upstairs were very hard according to my children. There was no shampoo in any bathrooms. There was coffee, but disposable coffee cups would be appreciated so we could enjoy it while walking. A lot of lights were burned out making some areas dark. Only one TV. No TVs in bedrooms.

The condo was convenient to the main area in downtown Fayetteville. The check-in was easy and the space was clean.
Only complaint: There are no privacy blinds on the glass doors by the TV/den area. There were random people smoking outside on the lower level that can look straight in to the den area. Would be fixed with some blinds.

Great unique location for our summer campus tour! Very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Walking distance to U of A, great trails, bars, and restaurants - extremely convenient for everything we wanted in our stay!

Our family traveled 8 hours for Orientation & we chose this condo for proximity to school as well as coffee, restaurants etc. Excellent for walking to all of those places! Everything was clean & I was pleasantly surprised that they thought of almost everything for guests & had extra supplies. We would definitely stay here again

Rock star experience! Our stay couldn’t have been better. Amazing place in an incredible location. The home was immaculately clean and had tons of bonus amenities. We can’t wait to stay here again!!!

The property was very clean and cozy. The modern design was aesthetically pleasing, but the furniture was comfortable and very homey. We loved having all the amenities that made it feel like home. I would highly recommend booking this property.

I got this place for a bachelor party but really just a place for us to lay our heads when we returned. The house was amazing and cozy. If you plan to come in more than one car be prepared to have to find street parking but if you are in one car it is EZ-PZ. Great spot to enjoy local Fayetteville night life for sure.
