Our chic and well-appointed pads make us the preferred vendor of choice for studios like Apple and Disney. We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! Our neighborhoods are all unique in their architectural styles and cultural offerings, but their geographic convenience, walkability, and safety are standard and guaranteed to please. We hope you'll allow Minty Living the opportunity to host you in style and comfort on your visit to Atlanta. Safe travels, y'all! Getting Around: The neighborhood is equally distant from the Midtown MARTA station on the red/gold line and the Inman Park MARTA station on the blue/green line, but requires a bus or Lyft/Uber ride unless you are willing to walk more than 30 minutes. Choose from the following commute options: Train + Uber/Lyft Take a red or gold line train to the Midtown MARTA station or a blue or green line train to Inman Park and request an Uber or Lyft car. Drive time is less than 10 minutes. Train + Walk or Bike From Midtown: Turn right on 10th Street from the main Midtown Station exit and walk until the road dead ends at Monroe Drive. Cross over Monroe and turn right then a quick left on Virginia. Total walking time is about 36 minutes to the center of the neighborhood where you’ll find restaurants and shops (view walking map). Relay Bikes are available to rent next to the station as well. Park them at the docking station at the intersection of Virginia and N. Highland Avenue. From Inman Park: Exit the station via the signs pointing to Inman Park and at street level, turn right and walk to the PATH sidewalk next to the parking lot fence. Take the PATH to North Highland Avenue and turn right (second street). Walk about 15 minutes to reach Ponce de Leon Avenue, the start of the neighborhood. Total walking time to the center of the neighborhood is 41 minutes (view walking map). Relay Bikes are also available to rent at the Inman Park MARTA station or bring your bike with you on the train. If biking, use BeltLine Eastside Trail near the Inman Park station for a flatter and car-protected commute. Exit the trail at Monroe Drive. Turn right on Monroe then a quick right again on Kanuga Street. Kanuga intersects with Virginia Avenue. Turn left on Virginia to reach the restaurants and shops. Bus It is free to ride the bus if you’re transferring from the train. Otherwise, use a Breeze Card or pay $2.50 in exact cash to ride. There are four bus options to reach Virginia-Highland: Bus 816 departs from the Five Points station and travels on Ralph McGill Blvd and North Highland Avenue. This is a great route travels through the entire commercial area and includes stops in the Poncey Highlands and Morningside neighborhoods. Bus 36 departs from the Midtown and Decatur stations and travels to Piedmont Park as well as the center of the Virginia Highland neighborhood via 10th Street and North Decatur Road. Bus 2 departs from North Avenue and East Lake station and travels down Ponce de Leon Avenue. Exit at Ponce and North Highland Avenue by the Plaza Theatre. The bus stop is near some of the neighborhood bars including Neighbor’s Pub, Atkins Park and the Righteous Room. Bus 102 departs from the North Avenue and Candler Park stations and also stops at Ponce and N. Highland. You can also board the bus in Little 5 Points on Moreland Avenue.
