I liked everything about the location which is in the heart of the Central West End of St. Louis.

The staff and manager were very friendly and responsive to my questions and requests. Thank you!! I had a great time.

It Was just the right size for me to stay a few days on my own. I had a kitchen that I could make my meals. I think my timing was good because college had let out, so the neighborhood was peaceful.

The Air conditioner at night didn’t call the apartment for great sleep.

Did not eat breakfast.

Toilet seat came loose twice. I am a mere 175 pounds. i think the attaching snaps are worn. should be replaced.

Wonderful little one bedroom apartment nestled inside the university district. The place was extremely clean, and very easy to get to. The area seemed very secure, but we also purchased yhe garage parking that was available with for a little fee. The rooms were very clean, very small and cute, and they provided snacks and amenities such as a free cupcake, which was absolutely amazing. Everything was contactless, but the staff called me after I had questions and clarified everything on the spot. So I give the staff a 10 out of 10 as well. Overall, for the value, I think we nailed it for a weekend stay in St Louis by staying at this location.

Due to it being an older building, you could easily hear your neighbors, but that doesn't really bother me. I'm kind of splitting hairs at that point

Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do! No extras like breakfast or pool, but didn't want the extras.

Next time I will definitely ask for handicap room or first floor. Too many stairs.

Shower heads could use an upgrade. I was in a unit close to the street, which was noisy at night. You should note the $55 cleaning fee that is added on.

Quiet and central location next to St Louis University. Lovely Old building. Well equiped kitchen. Recent and tasteful refurbishment.

Lack of a view, flaky paint in the bath and toilet constantly running - needs a fix.

The room was clean and enjoyable.

The fact that access codes to the property were not given. I had to call and call and call at 1145pm to get in after a concert I went to st louis for after buying a 15 parking directly behind the facility to walk a block to the front to still be locked out and call again and again and again to finally wake someone up and get the code to the facility and finally get into the room I upgraded for. To not get any codes or parking direction before arrival is extremely inconvenient for everyone involved.

Gorgeous house & rooms. Well outfitted kitchen, bed & bathroom supplies. Extremely comfortable bed! Kind & empathetic managers regarding my being here to visit a hospitalized friend.

Very quiet and clean. What a great hidden gem!

This was the perfect place to spend a short weekend in St. Louis and catch a play at the Fox Theater. I received the codes as promised and the host took care of everything I needed. Very friendly and courteous staff.

Minimal. Visually property was appealing.

But, facility lacked complete fit & finish. Example; door locks did not have guard plates, many of them could be circumvented wit a credit card ..... ask your local locksmith ! Housekeeper, was difficult to interact with .... wifi is not a substitute for real contact. We had no Idea we would have three flights of old stairs to climb and drag luggage up and down. At 70-plus, it's a reason to avoid such rentals. That is exactly what we intend to do ! Hotels offer better services without the cute stuff ! (( Parking was a problem, most areas were taken after 8-PM )). Kitchenette sink did not have running water, hot or cold. No one checked, the functions of most room items. Sad, sad, sad ..... property appeared to be a mix of permanent tenants and brief-stay tenants. Our guess is the permanent tenants have priorities over brief=stay tenants. We're not paying your prices to be second-class tenants !!!! GwR.5280
