Seafront 3-bedroom self-catering holiday Apartment with terrace, fully equipped, furnished and also with all bedrooms air-conditioned, located on the seafront in St. Paul’s Bay. The view from the terrace of this apartment is enchanting. And Malta’s best beaches are a short bus ride away. This brand new, modern, 4th-floor apartment is fully equipped and furnished. Apartment is also fully air-conditioned. There are 2 shower rooms, a kitchen with a dining table and a separate living room leading to a terrace overlooking the sea. This living room has a 3 seater sofa bed and an extendable dining table. The terrace has a Gas Bbq and garden furniture. At the main entrance of the apartment block, there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors. Apartment specifications:: 100 sqm internal area, seafront terrace 7.5 sqm with BBQ set, 4th floor with lift, 3 bedrooms (7 single movable beds), 2 shower rooms, sofa beds in the living area. 2 low steps at the building entrance leading towards the elevator Facilities: – Fast, unlimited Wi-Fi internet, Digital TV (with hundreds of channels available); – Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 gas hobs, fridge freezer, etc; – Iron and ironing board and washing machine. Hair dryer available on request; – Cots and highchairs are available on request; – Fans are provided in each room; - Apartment is also fully air-conditioned. – Towels and bed sheets are provided. *Utilities Consumption* - Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 200 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well set out and suitably equipped, with beautiful views across the bay from the front balcony. Communications with the hosts, Ruth and Neville, were very warm and friendly. We did have a couple of minor problems, which were sorted out promptly and efficiently. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and spacious apartment! The high ceilings are wonderful, air conditioning works great (only needed it on the hottest nights as the sea breeze is lovely). Balcony view is FANTASTIC, and there is plenty of room for a family in bedrooms. Plumbing works fine, large kitchen very well equipped. Great cafe nearby; multiple restaurants and bus stops within easy walking distance; Convenience Store has water, ice-cream and essentials; fresh fruit and vegetable stand there as well. Internet worked fine, cable tv reception was only thing that wasn’t perfect. Highly recommend these attentive landlords! 5 Stars

Einfach toll!
Wir - fünf Erwachsene - hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Alles war bestens vorbereitet, vom Handtuch, Bettwäsche über Kücheneinrichtung, Toilettenpapier, alles makellos sauber. 3 bequeme Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen und Kopfkissen zu einem ruhigen Nachbargrundstück, in der Küche, dem Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse/Balkon je einen großen Tisch mit genügend Stühlen, ein herrlicher Blick mit Nachmittags-/Abendsonne über die Bay. Bemerkenswert: Wir bekamen immer einen Parkplatz fast direkt vor der Haustür, eine wirkliche Besonderheit in Malta, wo Parkplätze eher Mangelware sind. WLAN klappte hervorragend, den Fernseher haben wir nicht gebraucht, er hatte beim Vorführen durch Herrn Galea aber sehr viele Kanäle und Sprachen.
Ein überaus herzlicher Empfang mit Wasser und Rotwein. Der Check-in mit Schlüsselsafe klappte prima, auch war jede Art der Kommunikation via mail und whatsapp ausgezeichnet. Wir hätten immer um Hilfe bitten können, da aber alles bestens klappte, war das gar nicht nötig.
Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Much better than I thought!!
This was our first time in Malta, we booked this apartment last minute, I must admit that the service and communication with owners were amazing, they helped us with taxis from the airport and back, taking stress away from us! Now the apartment was big,spacious and very clean, I can honestly say I have absolutely no negatives with this amazing apartment and the owners we will definitely be back and would highly recommend to our friends!! Thank you Ruth for making our first experience to Malta a beautiful happy one! We are forever grateful and can’t wait too book with you again in 2020 😊�
Ps you don’t need 2 pin plugs all plug sockets are uk 😀� and the Internet connection around the whole apartment was surprisingly very very good!

Clean and spacious apartment
We really enjoyed our stay the apartment was very clean, beds very comfortable. View over the harbour was lovely.
There are local shops and we hired a car and could get around easy.
They'res a lift to all floors which is handy.
Owners are lovely and the apartment was ready for us as soon as we arrived which was midday.

Conforme à notre attente. Appartement parfait pour un séjour à Malte, confortable, agrèable à vivre
Très satisfaits de notre séjour. Appartement impeccable, et confortable. Un seul "bémol", le séjour pas très grand, mais on se tenait surtout sur le "balcon terrasse". Deux petites salles de douche avec WC, et Clim dans les chambres (très appréciable) car les chambres donnent au Sud, et le Soleil y tape toute la journée ! Propriétaire très à l'écoute, et disponible via Whatsapp (s'occupe du transfert depuis l'aéroport si on le souhaite, et de la location de voiture). Boulevard passant côté séjour, mais les chambres donnent à l'arrière de l'immeuble. Je ne crois pas que le silence soit la priorité des maltais ... Le bruit est très présent sur toute l'Ile. Pas de problème de stationnement sur le Boulevard. Arrêt de Bus proche. Location à recommander.

9 days in Malta
Perfect location in St Pauls Bay, overlooking the bay and promenade. Parking was easy, and always got a park either out the front or within 50metres of the apartment.
Spacious 4th Floor balcony apartment. 3 bedrooms, which was perfect for us as we were a couple, 2 kids and grandma.
2 bathrooms, both with shower, toilet and hand basin. Hot water was always plenty.
Kitchen with a full size fridge/freezer, gas stove top and gas oven, microwave etc. plenty of crockery and kitchen cooking items.
Balcony had a outdoor setting and a tiny BBQ, which made meal times good. Excellent view of the bay.
Checkin was great- we had a late and delayed flight into Malta and arrived at the apartment after midnight. We had prearranged via Neville and Ruth , a driver to meet us at the airport. He took our luggage and we followed him in the Hertz rental car. The agent, was polite and efficient and had some milk, bread, cheese, ham and coffee to see us thru for breakfast.
Our stay was comfortable, and the aircon and fans , and washing machine were appreciated. The location of the apartment was just right, and we drove around the island each day of our stay.
We would recommend for others to consider a stay at this apartment.
The only improvements would be for a small safe ( to store passports/ small valuables) and perhaps a dishwasher.

Relaxation
We had a great time in Malta. The weather was perfect when we arrived on June 1 (in the 70’s) and it got warmer (in mid 80’s) towards the end of the week. Maltese people were very friendly. We felt very safe.
Neville was wonderful. He waited for us and explained everything about the apartment and excursions. The view of the apartment was beautiful looking directly to the bay. The water was clear and clean. Neville and Ruth were so thoughtful. They had bread, ham, butter and milk in the fridge so we could have emergency food until we could go to the market and restaurants the next day. The bus stops were close by. We took the bus to the beach (15 minutes) and Valletta (45 minutes). The sidewalks were very narrow (except for the prominade) when we walked towards St. Paul town. One day there was a construction that it blocked both ways of traffic. The buses and regular traffics had to be rerouted using another way around the island. Malta infrastructures could not support all the developments.
Comino was beautiful with the Blue lagoon and the Crystal Lagoon. Do not miss the Sea Adventures catamaran to Comino. It was a whole day activity. We bought the discount tickets from Neville (17 euros instead of 20 euros). We took a ferry to Gozo (30 minutes to the ferry from the apartment) then on a hop on hop off bus. We also took the #41/#42 bus to Valletta. It was a big walled city. If you like history, you will enjoy Valletta. However, we like to stay at St. Paul’s Bay because it was quiet and near by the beach (15 minutes by bus). There were plenty of restaurants around (not as much as Valletta) that we could eat out every day.
The apartment was one of highlights of the trip. One suggestion for improvement- needs new mattresses because the foam mattresses were so uncomfortable.

Fantastic Malta holiday
What a fantastic holiday to Malta. Well we had a brilliant time and it all went like clockwork. We booked through Expedia which was easy, updates from Ryanair which was great. Priority boarding in my opinion is a must.
So we landed in Malta on the Monday and were met by our transfer driver which Neville had organised for us. He was a great guy and told us lots about Malta on the way to the apartment. Our host was held up in traffic but that wasn’t a problem as the driver stayed with us and explained more about the local area. When we got into the apartment it was really nice. We were given a full explanation of all the amenities, air conditioning, where to buy food etc. The standard of the apartment was great and very clean. The view from the balcony was fantastic and overlooked the bay. I asked about a hire car which Neville booked for me and the next day we were mobile in Malta. Driving is a bit hairy there but loads of fun. The bus stop to all places was about 100 meters away so you don’t need a car but if you are diving then a car is a must.
Fast forward seven amazing days and the we were heading home. We were picked up by another transfer driver and dropped off at the airport so it was really easy.
We loved it so much we are just trying to work out dates for next year to go again.

Best place for holiday
This was our 2nd time with getawaysmalta and they are the best. Self catering apartment with beautiful view, fully equipped for a week or a little longer stayings.
They communicating very fast and if anything happens, they are ready to solve the problem.
Apartment is near to bus stops, almost everything within one hour bus trip. Shop nearby, Lidl is 15-20min travel (Mosta). 2 restaurants are nearby but they a little expensive. Suvenir shops in Bugibba (10 min bus) and some local undiscovered and beautiful bathing place 10 min walk away. Golden bay and Melijah beach 10-20min bus.
Every room has air conditioning, and blanket. Some of the pillow are really hard, that is the only bad thing i can say.
Loved it, again. Thank you Neville and Ruth.

The most wonderful place and appartment
We stayed 7 persons in this appartment just by Saint Paul's Bay.
The appartment was clean, had everything we needed for staying .
Good kitchen and 3 betrooms with very good beds .
Everything worked , like aircondition, hot water ( 2 bathrooms) , internet and lots of TV canals ( even danish !! )
Last but not least a terrace with the most fantastic view , just like the fotos. Imagine wake up in the morning and sitting with your coffee looking out . That's holiday !!!
The appartment is located outside of the tourist area, which we liked a lot .
5 minutes walk from there, we could swim with the lokal .
The sand beaches and attractions on Malta and Gozo could easily be reached by buses, who droved just outside the door.
You have supermarked, bars and restaurants in walking distance. (Try the restaurant Pepe Nero , which is on the way to the swimm area. Lovely food and really good service !! )
The owner took good care of us . Arranged airport transport , which was cheap and easy. They met us at the appartment , when we came, were very helpfull . We had their phonenumber and could call anytime. Really good customer service.
I absolute recommend this appartment to everyone. It's the most wonderfull place

Excellent location!
An absolutely wonderful apartment ! Before our arrival in Malta, the owners were very helpful and ready to respond to our countless questions.. and their hospitality did not cease to amaze us during our stay there. The rep which welcomed us at the apartment was very nice, eventhough we arrived late at night. The apartment is fully equipped, in a great location close to all amneties, and very clean! Accessibility is not a problem as the apartment has a lift. The wonderful seaviews that can be seen from the apartment are breathtaking..Will definitely be back !

Communication with the owners was excellent before our visit, albeit we never actually got to meet them. Their rep put on a very brave face when we arrived – at least 2 hours later than planned ! (Our satnav didn’t work with the English names, so if you want to go to St Paul’s Bay, spell it Pawl !). She was very nice given that we arrived @ 0200 hrs, and the fact that she had bought us some basic foodstuffs was greatly appreciated.
The flat itself was very clean but a little on the basic side. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. On the other hand, we did find the lounge a bit cramped, indeed on arrival we thought this was the owner’s office ! That said, the flat had a very nice balcony overlooking the bay so no complaints there. The lounge was equipped with a 3 man sofa, table and chairs and a flat screen TV. It also had 2 butane gas heaters, which were a godsend as the March weather had taken a turn for the worse. The kitchen area was clean and tidy and well equipped with the usual appliances.
I think we were a little unfortunate in our timing as one of the adjacent flats was being renovated, so lots of early morning hammering and dust during the day. Future visitors won’t have to put up with that, but don’t expect a Sunday lie-in as the dual carriageway to the rear of the bedrooms becomes a motor cycle race track during weekends as this road is the route to the Gozo ferry and is heavily utilized from early morning and evening at weekends.
Parking one’s car outside the flat is very easy and we never struggled to find a slot – unlike the rest of the island which is awash with cars and impatient drivers. There is a small lift to all flats so access to and from was very easy and friendly to those with minor disabilities. I would think a wheelchair would fit in the lift, but you should check with the owners on this one !
Overall, would I stay there again? Most certainly. I think to sum up I would say that it was a basic holiday flat but with a lot going for it. The owners are good communicators, it has everything you need, it’s easy to access and has great views of St Paul’s bay. Definitely recommended.

Efficient Apartment
The apartment was clean, located across street from harbor. Bus stops nearby with very short walk. Neville and Ruth went out of their way to complete any need we had. We would stay there again and recommend it.

Perfect place for a group of people
We rented the apartment for one week when we were in Malta to work.
It was clean and nice and view from the balcony was perfect with the Mediterranean just below us. A perfect place to have breakfast, lunch and even sit and work at. We had good service and everything was working perfect. There were a couple of nice restaurants just 5 minutes from the apartment and only 20 minutes to walk or 5-10 minutes by bus to the center of Bugibba. The traffic could be a little load in daytime but it was very quite at nighttime. It was priceworthy and I would recommend it to any of my friends.

Great location, great appartment!
The apartment was clean, comfortable, with a nice terrace and a great view on St Paul' Bay. It is only few minutes drive to good restaurants, nice beaches and departure to Gozo Island. We had a nice stay in Malta.
Mr Galea, the owner, is professional, reactive, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
