Nestled in Rogers, this lovely house for $177 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to our luxury remodel in the heart of it all! Equipped with top of the line appliances, high-end finishes, stunning fireplace, and custom furnishings, we built the best with you in mind. Inside you are instantly greeted by our bold Narragansett (hence the name) Green cabinets, Cambria quartz countertops, a marble kitchen backsplash, and a stunning marble dry-stack surrounding our state-of-the-art gas fireplace. Boasting professional series appliances, you will discover how great of a chef you can be in our fully equipped kitchen with a GE Cafe double oven, gas range, dishwasher, fridge and built-in convection microwave. The kitchen sink has a host of features all on it's own. With an extra large sink basin, modern Delta faucet, and edged rim to receive a strainer, cutting board, and drying racks (all located in the lazy susan to the left). You won't miss a thing while your cooking it up, as the living room, dining room, and kitchen have all been converted to an open floor plan. Watch the game on the Smart TV above the fireplace while friends and family play games at the table and the kids build a puzzle in the living room. When you're ready to call it a night, the first bedroom offers an oversized custom made, full-sized day bed with lots of built-in cabinets, and an extra fun attic space for the kids to hang out (children must be monitored when climbing the ladder and using this space, homeowner not responsible for injuries). The second bedroom is where all Minecraft fans want to be, with a custom painted Minecraft mural, a separate attic resort, and a full size trundle bed with a pull-out twin and an full futon. The Master bedroom features a Tempur-pedic king size mattress so you can let the day's activities melt away as you relax into a peaceful night's rest. A chest of drawers is hidden in the closet to provide more space for you to relax in the room. An en-suite is attached to this room, with a toilet and sink. The hall bathroom has custom, tung-oil finishes over hickory wood on both the double sink and the over-toilet cabinet. With heated floors, gorgeous mosaic tiles, and quartz countertops, you may not want to leave this hall bathroom. Outside you will find a patio firepit table, propane grill (grilling supply kit as well), and lots of space for you to play and relax. We offer several outdoor games, and when you're ready to come inside, you'll find loads of games in the white cabinet behind the table. For parking we offer a single car garage, and double driveway with room for 4-6 vehicles. We make sure you are provided with luxury linens, lots of extra pillows, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher detergent, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels, plus a few extras. As a host, we strive to make sure you feel at home in our space and that you have everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. We will be remodeling the Master bath into a full bathroom by spring 2024, and we will be updating landscaping this fall! Until those updates occur, please enjoy our reduced rates for this luxury home in the heart of Bentonville.

Stunning home...no detail overlooked. One of the best equipped vacation homes I have experienced. Top tier chef's kitchen. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the Razorback bike trail. Close to downtown.

Great property! Had an electricity issue (not owners fault) but the owners had it resolved before we returned to the house, and kept us updated! GORGEOUS house - beautiful kitchen and living area! Nice, comfy bedrooms! My daughter (7yo) loved the attic nooks - such a neat addition to the house. Very clean! The owner communicated with me before arriving, and left a note for us with her cell phone # in case we needed to get in touch with her. Will definitely book again when staying in Bentonville. Thank you!!

Rachel was great at communicating with us. The location was close to all the places we wanted to visit. All the furniture and amenities were nice and it is nicely decorated. We enjoyed the large backyard too. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would expect. Overall we enjoyed the place and it was a good space for our family while in Bentonville.

This is the perfect VRBO. The pictures are beautiful but it is even more amazing in person. Everything was as expected and then some. We have stayed in tons of rentals and this one was better stocked than any we have ever stayed at with lots of "just in case you forgot this" items as well as a fully stocked kitchen and everything that is already listed in the amenities. The backyard is humongous and very shady and private. There is a sam's club and neighborhood market within 5 minutes of the house. There are two lofts for the kids in their bedrooms that they absolutely loved. The individual ac units were a blessing at night time when everyone wants their room a different temperature. We were here for a 5 day baseball tournament and would love to come back and stay again. Also the hosts were extremely fast in replying to any questions I had before our stay and the one question I had during our stay. Definitely a 5 star VRBO.

This home was great for our family when we came to Bentonville for a weekend wedding. The central location was perfect and the home was clean and so well-stocked for all our needs. Rachel was an attentive host and even provided a beautiful welcome basket of goodies waiting for us on arrival! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

My son and I drove down from KC for a brief weekend of MTB. This was a great place to stay. You have access to the garage to store bikes, and there’s a bike stand in the garage for repairs. We had everything we needed — gas grill for dinner, plenty of coffee options. Will stay again should the opportunity arise.

This is a GREAT place to stay! We came to mountain bike and spent a good bit of time on the Slaughter Pen trails that are super close by. It was so nice to have a comfortable, clean, and pleasant house to return to after rides. We were impressed with the kitchen, enjoyed the open layout of the main living space, and loved the fireplace!! It is also close to a lot of great restaurants, many of which the hosts recommend in a thoughtful listing. Rachel is super responsive to any messages or requests. Highly recommend this VRBO - it was a great experience!

The check-in process was simple and went exactly as planned. The house was very cute and welcoming for our visit. The kids enjoyed the secret loft area, there was plenty of space and updated higher end design was appreciated. The garage was perfect for our bikes and the large driveway accommodated multiple cars with ease. While not really within walking distance to downtown, it is an easy drive and very accessible to many businesses for a quick errand run.

Well-decorated, up-to-date house. Cozy living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a cool fireplace. Good linens: nice sheets and thick towels, something we are particular about. We loved the individual a/c units per room as we have different ideas regarding ideal sleeping temperatures. Fully-equipped kitchen; we cooked a full dinner, including the use of the grill, and had everything we needed and more. Big backyard with beautiful trees, and there is a comfortable seating area by the grill. We seemed to be just minutes from everything. Great communication with hosts. Will definitely return to Bentonville, and definitely would stay here again.
